man I got the red carpet treatment , was working with a guy that actually knew the paint automotive business... dude color matched and saved me hundreds ... than come to find out the dudes the owner . I'm like good business it's the only way to run a business. I will return, loved they had everything in one spot .. aircraft paint remover , bondo all types , sanding blocks , expensive and cheaper options for primer or paint , the mess with the house of color paint matching .. I'm hooked ... I'm all for positive people . no drama m work hard and smooth jobs cause they make is stress free ... love these people I only met them 1x .

My elderly parents were traveling in route to MD. They stopped at this Napa location after their dash display showed low tire air pressure - they only needed a little air. The guys working there couldn't take 2 mins to assist them! Instead, they were told it would be an hour before they could help them. There was only one car in the shop, so they were not that busy - they were simply that lazy!

This is a small town shop but has a very large selection has staff that has been working parts for a long time and know how to help you most of the time they r knowledgeable and honest they don't try to up sale u on everything u buy and wouldn't sale u something that u don't need my. Visits usually last less than ten minutes so wait times r minimal compared to some of the chain stores
