Staff is very helpful with finding items for you this is my go to store especially for gas when you use the gas card you get 3 cents off each gallon and on Sundays it's 6 cents off each gallon

July 21,2024I went in dollar general about 30 minutes ago and as I got up to the counter this young boy that was working in there he waited on and was very very rude and disrespectful. He checked me out I told him that I did not need a bag so he slid what I purchased on the counter and I am watching him at everything he did and when he gave me my change he threw it in my hand so I told him no you don't do that to me so and my change dropped he picked it up and said he was sorry and he wasn't sorry that he did it so I threw it back on the counter and told him now you pick my money up and give it back to me like you are supposed to I mean he was downright rude through the whole transaction.

I like how it's only a three minute drive from me but it is by far the most messiest, junky-est DG I have ever seen. The first time I was there there was spilled dog food in one aisle and the shelves were disarray and chaotic. Even now it's not much better. I only go in if I'm feeling too lazy to drive further then that or if it's a cheap item I need.
The people are nice but it doesn't look like the registers have lights on. You'll be standing there for a while while the cashier's talk on in no hurry to ring up anyone.

This store is hands down the best dollar store in the county. Everything is neat and organized. Not like other dollar generals I hate to go in. They even have a self check out opening soon. I hate to wait in line FOREVER at the other stores.But that wasn’t the case here even without the self check out working yet. And the staff was great. We’ll definitely go back here again. Great job guys
