“Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! What I thought was low air pressure in my tires turned out to be a nail per triple A observation. I called around and this place said they could help so I drove it over and they found between two tires it was not just one nail but seven!
They let me know my options and the price so I chose to have them both replaced. It took over an hour for the new tires to come but when they did it only took them five minutes to put the new tires on. Perfect! They're so nice as well and keep you informed on what's going on. I'll definitely be back.”
“I believe the owner's name is Jody? Older gentlemen helped my girlfriend, puppy & myself out last Sunday on 95 N, we were driving from Florida to Massachusetts & blew a tire at 7 PM I called Hyundai roadside assistance (they had nobody who could help us) ? it was pouring rain, we waited nearly 3 hrs in our car, a Highway Patrol officer called Sherwood's out, he towed us back to his shop at 10 PM, he took the blown tire off & put the donut on, we headed to our hotel after a 18 hr day, we can't ever thank him enough ?”
“Caroline at the store was super helpful and kind in assisting with a car issue we ran into when driving on the highway. Our splash guard has come loose and was dragging when driving on the highway, and this store was the closest we could find to get some sort of assistance. Though this was likely out of scope for her role, Caroline freely volunteered and got under our car and helped remove the metal guard that was getting scraped. She also then zip tied the plastic part so that we could continue driving back home. This was really kind of her and she didn’t have to do any of this to help us get back to Raleigh safely. Thank you Caroline and we are very grateful for your help!”

“Had the best service and experience going in for wiper blades on a rainy day! Stan and Pedro were friendly and helpful as I went in feeling silly having no clue what I needed. Stan found what I needed, made recommendations and even installed them with Pedro which was totally unexpected. I fully planned to do them myself after figuring out how to.
