Love the drive thru pickup compared to the normally long lines at the main pharmacy. Definitely streamlines picking up prescriptions. Great concept!

First time using this pharmacy. I texted the Get In Line phone number to check in. Waited in line for about 25 minutes. The lady at the window was friendly and quick. Will be using this pharmacy from now on.

The person on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. That lady does not belong in a pharmacy. She was not empathetic with the problems we were facing. She provided ZERO solutions to what we needed.

Worse experience in a pharmacy. Trying to pick up medicine right after oral surgery and waiting for hours, long after the local anesthesia wore off.

I usually can get in and out quickly picking up my prescription. The only downside is they close at 6pm.

Easy and expedient service when one reads and follows the rules. Dr calls in a script and you call Womack to activate it Avoids long waits Best to go during slowest hours like early morning or mid day. Excellent and friendly service. Pharmacists are always available with questions.

Extremely poor customer services. The head pharmacist told that if I don't like the Annex pharmacy to find another pharmacy to go to. In Words to that effect. I went home with a slight chest pain because of this. I am willing to talk about this to the head of pharmacy at Womack Medical Center.

Went today around 1130 pulled a ticket waited til about 1300 people coming in and out getting their meds. Feeling irritated I left and did the text to pick up where I waited an additional hour twenty five in the parking lot. Never ended up picking the meds up too much time spent there today. Super slow save yourself some time and just go to Womack.

Absolutely pissed. Was told this was a fast pharmacy by the pediatrician, meanwhile as I write this I’ve been waiting for two hours to pick up a tropical cream. Watching as people flood in and out after I’ve come in and took a number is enraging.

I never was so fast in and out of a Pharmacy as I was at the Annex Pharmacy. Very friendly, and well organized.

I experimented today to see what would happen... The end result was if you draw a ticket and your meds were already activated for pickup, they send you away to get in the pickup line and start all over. However, if your meds aren't ready and you get into the pickup line or drive-thru, they will not turn you away and hold up the line for everyone who did it the right way. Either way, you're going to wait a while. All pharmacy staff were courteous and professional.

They always have my Moms prescriptions ready. We are never there longer than 15 to 25 minutes

I am shaking as I write this because I am so absolutely livid and stressed. My husband went to pick my medicines up for me today, and was told that they don't have my most important and detrimental medicine in stock. No one bothered to call me to let me know, no solution was offered. Now I'm left with a 2 day supply left and could literally have a fatal flare-up due to not having this medicine. This is pathetic and I should have been informed before now that it was not in stock so I could have gotten a way to get it elsewhere.
