“I really am not one to write reviews but I had to. It didn't take long and I didn't have to ride around all day in this heat looking for a storage. I found everything I needed in this one stop. Easily accessible, great hours, and top prices. They have ground floor units...and the ground is elevated so the rain runs off into the waterway at the base of the units. So you don't have to worry about your things getting wet. And Ms. Tikia was very helpful answered all my questions and made my decision to rent here that much easier. Five stars from me.”

The staff demonstrated both kindness and understanding when I found myself in a tight spot. Due to the arrival of a newborn baby and PCS house hunting, HHG delivering..., I overlooked sending a move-out notice in a timely manner. Upon explaining my situation, the staff at Cardinal State Storage took a compassionate and flexible approach, offering me a full refund.Without a doubt, I will turn to Cardinal State Storage again if the need arises in the future.”

“It's a tight fit in the driving area for large trucks. Be prepared to make wide turns, and or back up and try again. Finding the building letter is easy. Initially I parked too far from my unit. I found the exit door that was closer to my unit, and that door was on the other side of Bldg K.
I went to exit the facility and I wasn't familiar with, or forgot to use the app feature. I kept driving up to the gate and it wouldn't open. The storage attendant eventually walked up from the other side and punched in her code and let out.
The unit is nice and climate controlled. It's priced lower than the competition so I chose them. The 10x15 is a nice size and the ceiling is nice and high. I'm guessing over 12 feet, so you can stack pretty high.”
“Nice atmosphere and always very helpful . I also like the fact that I can ship my FedEx and UPS packages for $1 oppose to driving miles away to drop off a package.”
“I rented a unit way back in 2018/2019. A long, long time. Prices increased slightly, but definitely worth it. My things were in the exact same condition as when I put them there. I'm definitely glad a sprang for the indoor unit. Staff was always helpful and communicated the price increases in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend!”
