Not the biggest gym in the world but it gets the job done. It is very clean and well kept. It is not crowded and minimal wait on equipments. All in all, it is a very nice neighborhood gym.

This gym is nice an just enough for a simple workout without a crowd. If Luz is working the whole place including machines an sauna is very clean an smells clean. Others not so much cleaning going on

This compact gym is not really visible from the main roads on ft bragg base. Each time I come here hardly anyone is there. I love it.
