But nonetheless, I want you guys to runnnnn to DXL if you’re a plus sized person. She was so attentive. Initially, I was hesitant and was looking for clothing myself for my brother. Then, it was a PROCESS and she came to ask if everything was alright. That time, I allowed her too. My brother really loved the graphic shirt she picked out. Her customer service was superb. She takes pride in her work. Not only was she nice to me but I watched her and she was also nice to the other people in the store, too. This girl needs a raise because she is the face of this store. Yes, it can be pricey but she also let me know about afterpay/affirm. Can’t remember which one but she told me that, too. She even remembered my brother before I even said anything about him liking graphic tees. So, like I said…she’s awesome! I don’t know who the owners are…just know, she’s rocking DXL. It’s already tough enough to be heavier. Some folk throw you to the side to ‘fend for yourself but not her. She welcomes you warmly. -April”

The vest I order wasn’t in stock and when they contacted me they offered an immediate solution and my order had no delay. The selection is great and the prices are honest. “I am thoroughly impressed. I was searching for a tailor that understood my dimensions and needs when I found him online, and I do not regret it. He was able to craft a masterpiece for my 6'3" 245 lb frame and the initial fitting made me fall in love with the style. Highly recommended and very easy to find his location. The prices were more than affordable and I will be taking photos that I can hopefully attach once I wear my suit on my upcoming cruise with the wifey. Amazing job bro!

“We were on a mission. A specific one. A pair of high top Vans to match our little girl's dress for a father-daughter dance. The Vans store in Fayetteville, NC was our destination. Little did we know, we were about to encounter the most extraordinary employee, Rachel, who turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a truly delightful one.Walking into the store, we were immediately drawn to the vibrant, eclectic collection of shoes. Our 5-year-old found herself enchanted by a pair that, unfortunately, was not the one we had come in search of. We braced ourselves for a potential meltdown, but then Rachel stepped in, radiating an aura of calmness that seemed to diffuse the brewing storm.Rachel didn't prey on us, didn't use our situation to make a sale. No, she did quite the opposite. She engaged our daughter, skillfully talking down the allure of the not-so-right shoe. She handed our daughter a set of cool stickers, a small gesture that effectively defused the situation. We could see our daughter's eyes light up, the imminent tantrum forgotten. Not only did the three wonderful ladies help me find it, but Alina also helped me get it onto my uniform in the right spot. Whereas many employees try to close early to get home, these ladies went above and beyond to take care of a customer. Thank you!”
