“Small gym but has everything you need for a great workout. Missing one or two machines I would like but it doesn’t take away from the experience. Love the convenience of it being 24 hours as well. One of my favorite gyms on Fort Liberty”

“Base gyms are always the best being that it's government funded and you won't find any problem makers because everyone there is either military or families of military personnel and they won't act up because they don't want to get their sponsor into trouble.”
“I know this is supposed to be a MetCon type gym, but I think there is ample room to get some row machines in there. Needs cables. Otherwise, accomplishes what it means to. Tons of squat/deadlift/press racks. Overall a decent place. Staff is friendly.”
“Great fitness center. Definitely the best/most equipped gym for how unbusy it is. Even during peak hours it's not even full. The reason for deducting a star is the cable machine attachments are lacking. If you have your own I would advise bringing them.”
“I love this gym but their new closing time of 1500 is a bit tedious. It's fine if you have 24 hour access. Need to figure out the system though. I did not enjoy having to stop in the middle of my workout after they let everyone back in the first time after it closed, just to kick everyone out for the second time so we could scan our cards to go back in.”
“One of my favorite gyms on fort liberty. The basketball courts and side rooms are a plus. Even when it’s crowded it doesn’t feel too bad because of all the equipment and space”
