Paid $40 for a game and went to return it 6 days later and got $9 refunded to me cause it was opened. Bro it was a used game,it was already opened. I'll stick to buying games online from now on instead of buying from GameStop.

Everytime I go into this store they dont have what i am looking for. I have went in here three times to see if they switch controllers, and they never do. I have been to several other Gamestops and they seem to have them in atock but for some reason the one on post does not. Very limited gane selection, seem to be more interested in selling POPs and other little collectors items. Minus their selection, the staff is nice.

Stopped in to get some games for my grandkids and found quite a few. I am bad w names but the lady working in there is great!! I don't think I've ever met anyone with such an outstanding and helpful customer service attitude. I recommend this store 100% I just remembered her name... Kendra.. She's awesome!!
