Should you need any assistance, prepare for a frustrating experience. Most of my experiences at this PX have been filled with rude women who don’t acknowledge customers and clearly hate working there. The customer service desk is constantly unmanned, yet if you want to use a coupon you HAVE to checkout at customer service.
My experience today was waiting for 10 min at an empty desk with a baby and several heavy items in my hands. There was a group of employees that were chattering with each other, looked straight at me and refused to acknowledge me until I politely asked for some assistance at the desk. I was responded to with a response that was delivered in an extremely rude way, then checked out with that employee who clearly didn’t want to be there and hates her job. Overall, if you’re a busy mom trying to run a quick errand, maybe try the North px. Hopefully (but probably not likely) you will have a better experience there, since customer service clearly isn’t important, expected, or valued at this one.

I stopped making significant purchases through this PX. From faulty electronics that they tried to say weren't returnable to incompetent staff members that don't even know what sales or promos are going on in their departments. They find a way to waste my time every time I come in here.
