Maybe it’s this branch don’t waste your time here!!! I’m not sure why I keep using this bank!!! I spent 30 min sitting in the waiting area, as folk walked in and they got pulled into offices. While for a fact I have been there before the last two walk-ins. Tip on customer service; is that if you have returning clients and they walk back in; let the customer in front of them know and ask can they continue to wait for the next attendant. Everyone that walked in was a retiree, I am a retiree also but I HAVE TO STILL work for a living so my time is limited. This has been the 3rd time i have attempted to see a representative and nothing. 100% sure I’m changing banks this week I’ve been a customer for over 28 years and still nothing. It’s why you lose clients daily.

Went in to exchange a $20 bill for quarters. Wouldn't except my money because I don't have an account. Every other bank would but I guess Fort Bragg Federal credit Union is just too good for that. Bankers were so very rude and waited in a line for 20 minutes just to get told no. I would never consider opening an account with them.

Slow & terrible to deal with. Car dealership sent a loan to them because it was short notice on the weekend. It took 10 days they said to get the paperwork but still days for them to enter me in the system just so I could get my account number to set up with my bank for for external transfers and direct deposit from my employer. Took 3 weeks to get that all done when my payment was almost due. If you use chat you get the same unhelpful woman every time. They mailed me a loan denial letter with my address and someone else's name on it. I faxed it to all their branches on a work day before they opened and she said no one got it. I refinanced with MY BANK and saved 1.5 %, e-signed the paperwork on a Friday at noon, and by Sunday my accounts were showing online and the payoff check was received Tuesday. After the loan was paid off I got a payment reminder, statement(which I do electronically) and payment coupons. So sadly my Michigan bank mail always beats this bank who is 2.5 hours away. Never do business with these people or Flow Motors.
