Frauds. They sell you garbage cars, not serviced over priced, a junky warranty that doesn't help the customer in anyway. Stuck in this loan now. I got a gmc terrain on **** after they sold the first car I wanted. Lied about deposit amount. I had the suv 35 days and Engine went to s*** Called to advise what was going on. There response take it to a shop and. Contact warranty. No loaner car. ***************** is garbage too having you pay for premiums for services you can't use. \

I have always bought my cars from here they are very understanding and easy to work with. They also have different finance company's to go through if your credit is not the best. Very happy with all the cars I have got from Southside.

The Terry’s seem like straight up business people, but I bought a car that did nothing but give me problems going on 5 months. Billy/B.J assured me of my options from the first time I spoke to him about my issues (around a week after getting the vehicle I started having problems). Upon discussing the same and new issues occurring he recanted and only fixed one of the problems when there were still several. Would not recommend any one go there unless you really just need a vehicle. Below are just a few things.

I have been patient with these guys for a month now. Was told to put everything I had down in one day. Even after I said I wasnt even gonna have the money for gas leaving the car lot. I put 1300$ on the car I wanted in a day. And still owe 2000 . When I test drove it everything seemed fine except I noticed it pulling to one side and that the check engine light was on. I shouldve took it straight to advance auto to hook it up to the system to begin with but didnt do that til it really started messin up a couple days later. They said they had the car inspected when I first bought it and even got 2 new tires on it. My brakes went out and was scrubbing my rotors within 2 days of me having the car. They payed for the wrong oil change and regular oil got put in it when it was supposed to be full synthetic. Now the car is sitting in my driveway because I've been telling them that its having trouble accelerating. Now i cant even put it into drive without it stopping it will still roll forward but its not letting me accelerate. I have to put it in park, turn the car off and then turn it back on and put it in drive. Sometimes that doesnt even work. How is it even accurate that I'm still paying on something that I cant drive? Now the only thing they are willing to do is trade it in for something else but that means even more money for a car that I'm scared the same things are gonna happen to. Someone else even told me they had a car from there and when it got towed by them that it got jerked up on the tow truck the wrong way and messed the person's computer system up. It just seem like it's always a problem arising and I dont know what to do.

If I could give no stars I would. Helped me get into a car quickly. But its falling apart. Both front and rear bumpers are literally falling off. Business will do NOTHING to stand behind their vehicles!! 0 customer service. Failed to notify me that a tag transfer didnt work for 2 months!! I had been driving with an invalid tag 2 months before I had any idea!!!! Very rude after the sale. Will not do business with this company again. And highly recommend that you do not either. BUYER BEWARE!!!
