Took my vehicle here for a repair on my steering. I was quoted 2900$ for it. I spoke with the repair person (Trent) and asked what all that cost was for and how much of that was absolutely necessary. He told me that the steering needed to be completely redone and a bolt had come off as well, and I also needed the serpentine belt replaced. He said that most of that cost was JUST the steering and even taking the serpentine belt off that expense it wouldn’t save me much at all, and that it needed to be done and would make more sense to do it while they were doing the rest. My husband went to pay for the repairs and they claimed it was 3400$. He argued that we were quoted 2900, and they immediately changed the price. As they should have BUT I am also very confused as to what they removed from the cost? We’re they just trying to pull one over on us and get us to pay more? I requested a breakdown of what all I was paying for and there was a list of things that I had NO clue about. They replaced things without telling me, and charged me. They claimed that the steering was the bulk of the cost but the breakdown showed otherwise. I’ve called 3 times, and I’ve left a message and no one is returning my calls to even help me understand why they did all this stuff. My car also has some cosmetic damage that wasn’t there before (a dent in the metal logo on my steering wheel specifically) and the crystal piece I had dangling from my mirror was also broken and the bottom pieces missing. (Not even sure why that was messed with at ALL)…. Also, after having the car repaired, suddenly my check engine light is on…. DONT use these people, or at the very least, ask around to make sure what their telling you sounds correct, and double check after them and DONT pay for things they didn’t discuss with you FIRST.

The Sisk Family Ford provided expert and Timely services. The Tech and Services advisor were competent and friendly. They are also excellent listener and patient in solving our car problems.We are going to have our car services at Sisk Family Ford.

Robbie took his truck in for some repairs around a month ago to Sisk Family Ford in forest city. The truck is fixed and shout out to Adam he did a jam up job doing the work)Fast forward to today when he picked up his truck. The SCT live wire tuner is stolen, the amp for his subs are gone and all the glove box and center console had been gone through. Over $1,100 in valuables. After we just paid a $1,000 bill to have it fixed. When we went up there to talk to the owner he told us he doesn’t even have real cameras (just fake cameras) and he’s not responsible for the stuff stolen out of our truck. Told us to have a “good day” and tried to walk away. When I tried to follow him inside he told me he didn’t want to go inside because he has customers in there and he had no interest in talking to me. But y’all know I went inside anyways lol.We wouldn’t have even brought the truck if we knew it was going to sit there for weeks and we have stuff stolen out of it. We didn’t know they would leave our vehicle unlocked (with the key in it!!!) for weeks. It’s a miracle the truck isn’t stolen. With the stuff that was stolen I think it was an employee that knows there isn’t cameras, and knew what was inside the truck.He told us that he guessed we’d just have to get a lawyer. Which is fine. But I figured I’d just let y’all know how they operate business, and once you pay the bill they could care less. Please share to let others know.

This place is amazing. The sales team - especially Michael Skinner, provided top-notch customer service. He has always been available to answer any questions, even outside of regular business hours.

Bought parts from them a few times. Great service, and fast to. Usually can have the part in the next day if they ain’t got it in stock. Guys in the shop are great guys to.

Even though we didn't end up getting the 2014 Tacoma my husband test drove here (someone beat us to it!), I wanted to write a review about Sisk, because it really was a great experience! Allen called me back promptly when I inquired about the truck. He was friendly and answered all my questions. The day we did the test drive, Michael dealt with us mostly. Both of them made us feel comfortable and welcome. We loved the little truck and would have probably purchased it, except we felt it was overpriced, so we decided to wait and look further. Two weeks have gone by, and we still don't own a used Tacoma, but we found one near us that we are having checked by a mechanic tomorrow. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Sisk (and we live two states away!), as they really DO make you feel like family!

I always appreciate my interactions with the Service Department at Sisk. Because it is a smaller shop I am always remembered when I walk in and the manager remembers my name and always greets me with a smile and is quick to assist me.This type of treatment will keep me coming back.

Road trip with relatively new Ford Expedition. We were in Lake Lure North Carolina with 29 degrees weather. My drivers window got stuck down and wouldn’t go up. Went on line to look for nearest Ford Dealership. Found Sisk Family Ford on Oak Street, Forest City. We had the good fortune of meeting Tent in Service Department. Right from the start, great attitude, courteous and friendly and willing to help. Took the car into the shop and resolved our window dilemma in just a few minutes. Wow! Tremendous service provided by this dealership and Trent. Trent saved the day and with a huge smile. We were back on the road thanks to Trent and his team. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

Called and made an appointment for a noise under my expedition. When I arrived and tried to explain the noise, he said can we take a ride…I was relieved because I knew he wanted to take care of it….and they did. I was also close to an oil change and I ask could they take care of that too….and they did. And rotated the tires!! I am so glad I went to Sisk Family Ford..thank you

Never will I ever trade or buy from another dealership! Sisk Family Ford is exceptional. My husband and I have bought vehicles there, my daughter and son-in-law have bought from them as well. From the sale (Alan Phillips), financing (Amber Vause) and the first class Service Dept you won’t fine a better Ford Dealership! We drive appx 42 miles (45 min) to do business with Sisk Familu Ford! When you deal with them, they treat you like a good friend!

Friday afternoon 3:00 p.m. my back window will not roll up on my brand new Ford Explorer that I bought at a another dealership they would not work on it until next Monday or Tuesday I stop by sis Family Ford they said they didn't know if they could fix it or not but they would put my window back up they found a bad part pulled in a new Explorer and put a part on mine that's a good dealership when I get ready to trade they will definitely be number one on my list
