When I went to buy my shoes, I noticed a spot on them and asked to see them so I could see if I could wipe it off easily since they were 69$ the lady was kinda mad about that and when I was rubbing it she was aggravated. I understand it was busy and I'm sorry but I didn't want to spend that kind of money on a shoe with a stain. Maybe she was just in a mood!

dont buy shoes here i shoe show because the bottom of the soul come off of them at the top i highly recommend not to buy shoes here any more

NOT IMPRESSED !No cowboy boots. Haven't even ordered them in years apparently.Could have had a Bigger selection, more shoe types.Not everybody just wears tennis shoes or steel toed boots

I love coming here when I'm in a hurry and needing something quick and cute. Or when my kids need ANOTHER pair of shoes ? ( ? ) - however the Sunday hours are a joke! Not sure why it's the only day with ridiculous hours. Some people's only day off is Sunday & this is an inconvenience. Location is always clean though. Ladies are always great!

I have had a runaround with this company since Saturday. Finally spoke with someone in the corporate office, with all the overdraft fees and charges on my account from this company for the shoe that is in stock that I was lied that they didn’t have, so corporate offered me $20 on my reward points for a $58 pair of shoes this is ridiculous customer service is ridiculous corporate office is ridiculous so I will be going to the Better Business Bureau because I did not except 20 for me to still have to pay $40. I went into the store myself after speaking with them before I placed my first order on Saturday stood beside the manager asked questions about how do you see the color of the shoe play d*** and there are two in stock. ! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I WILL NEVER SHOP THIS PLACE AGAIN
