I understand businesses being short staffed. I understand emergencies happen, but what I don't understand is the door being locked during posted operating hours, all lights are on and not even a sign to communicate how long the employees will be away. Most people are pretty understanding these days on staffing issues, but communication is key. I will no longer attempt to visit this location due to repeated visits to a store with a locked door.

Apparently this place just opens at ten but they lock the doors at 11/12 I came here to get dye and developer and five ppl came and left as I waited saying these girls do this all the time. I work third shift and live thirty mins away this is not any way to run a business. Sally corp needs to do something bout this!

Seems like every Sally's I go to, the employees are always stand-offish and rude. The two employees working there did not greet me or help me with anything I needed, but enthusiastically helped the women before and after me. I felt overlooked. I went to pay for my hair color (Sally's is way too pricey for me) and the cashier acted like she didn't want to look at me. Also, 15 cents for a bag? Really? Not shopping here again.

Sent husband to get 2 bottles of tea tree shampoo. He said one clerk was working on another clerk's hair and he had a hard time getting someone to help him. They gave him 2 large bottle of shampoo that was not tea tree. Our credit card charged over $42.00.

The girls are always so very helpful! They have great knowledge and help me with any questions I might have. There's lots of neat products and its a very well kept store.Definitely recommend shopping here!

I had to run in here for my Mom and pick her up a perm.They hand out masks if you don't have one.The girl at the counter asked f there was anything we needed help with.I told her what I needed, she went right to where it was and got it for me. Glad I told her or I would have been looking for awhile.I was in and out fast, it was all I needed. Good customer service!

Be prepared to pay $0.15 extra for a paper bag if you need a bag. I'm sorry Sally's, but this is a terrible time to 'go green'. With all the changes that we've all gone through in the past few months and the stress and anxiety and fear there is no need to cause extra stress on people to have to buy a bag. It might sound petty but sometimes it's the little things that become the straw that breaks the camel's back. ?

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful at this particular location. Does not ring true for every store I've been to. The manager specifically has helped me and introduced me to some of my new favorite products.
