I had an appointment for 10am. Hair dresser was not there. Had to listen to the most vulgar music I have ever heard while I waited. So 30 minutes after my appointment time I left. Very unprofessional! Also, there were 2 employees there, one had a customer and the other was doing her own hair. She never spoke to me.

Dorris butchered my hair also I went in with blonde hair and she was doing lowlights and I have all brassy brown hair ? I'm going to have to cut my hair off to fix where she was supposed to thin it. Don't see Dorris
