Worst service in town. Only cared about the recalls. Never fixed original problem nor bothered to call. So I Scheduled a simple repair Mon/Tues. I had to call Wednesday just to check on it and apparently was already finished. They weren’t gonna call cause in the process the mechanic broke something else and had to order a part. Next Monday still waiting and now I’m being told it’s for a little tin foil recall they never told me about lol 2 weeks later and apparently they haven’t even fixed the original issue. Just focused on the recall. And while waiting on hold on the phone. I mentioned to someone I was with should’ve took it to RS services and the guy comes back on the phone to say “Yeahh take it somewhere else next time” lol so yeah I will be goin to RS Service Center from now on. They’re great people and only came to Friendship cause of work but I’ll make sure that won’t happen again trust me lol
