They seemed very nice, but changed the terms of the offered deal when I stepped away to take a call. Did not give full value for my trade in -voucher ad is worthless. Then snuck more unfavorable changes in the terms in the paperwork that I did not notice at signing and got a not nice surprise in my first bill. Take extra caution and review the paperwork carefully before signing and get copies of the offer/terms in writing. But I do like the vehicle.

Demetrius was the Best salesman hands down of any over a 5 decade dealing with car salesmen.Everyone was very nice and did not feel pressured like at most dealerships. Would recommend Forest City Honda for your next car. From the sales staff to George in finance to the car detail staff to make your new ride shiny as you left the lot. Perfection and a breath of fresh air.

This was my first time buying a car, I was so nervous and scared that I would be taken advantage of because I came alone, but Mr. Roy was more than a class act, he took the time out to explain things that I will need to know with my first vehicle and what to watch out for when dealing with crooked mechanics if I’m ever in need of repairs.
I really appreciate his dedication and amazing customer service!
