Showed up to pick up my battery to find out that they closed early for no reason. The lights were on and the doors were locked someone walked behind the counter and saw me then quickly walked away. Very poorly ran store.

Congratulations to this store for losing quite a few customers and a very dedicated employee this week due to how they allow their "supervisors" to treat the autistic community.I hope to see Advanced and O'Reilly's get every single one of your commercial accounts!!!I'll walk before I spend another penny with this corporation to fund the pay of those employed at this location.

I'm coming back to edit this almost a year later. I've dealt with these guys for a year now off and on and they are hands down 1 of the best in their business! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Can't ask for much more but somehow they always seem to out do themselves

Bought a new head light but my battery is in the way and has a clamp on it for some reason, I asked very politely if I could get some assistance in changing it. They said they aren’t allowed to do that, even though I’ve had plenty of other autozone employees help me change lights out before. So I asked if they could at least just direct me or watch me do it and they said no, said it’s a liability and they would have to pay for the light if it went out. They weren’t even willing to just come tell me how to change it and seemed annoyed that I even asked. I didn’t catch their names but it was an older gentleman and another young guy. I’ve always had great service with autozone and I’m a little shocked that o was turned away like that without any hesitation.

I had replaced a brake caliper a couple of years ago and it began leaking recently. I called and was told that it was still under warranty and they got me a replacement for free. I just had to buy brake fluid and brake parts cleaner to do the job. Still seems like the part should have lasted longer
