“Customer service was great everything was great except for when you told me how many packages I was getting. You guys went from giving me 11 packages down to four packages because of the cost went up that's like $40 a package that's not right I don't think. I know it's Medicaid but still the price shouldn't of went up that much.”

Options sizes for cushions for example offer a drop-down for small, medium and large sizes.So what, you may wonder? Well, it's simple, direct, efficient and accepts variety of pay options including credit cards, Pay Pal and Venmo, all of which my previous online supplier did not have.To put it politely (?) my previous supplier's website was inexplicably and inexcusably complicated and obtuse. When I have had questions, I always get accurate information right away and they remember who I am and our last conversations! I speak to Brittany most often and she is amazing!My order reminders every month are helpful and I never need to worry about running out of diapers or not changing as often as necessary because of that or cost.
