Regina and Wendy will go out of there way to make you feel unwanted and uncomfortable. We joined YMCA which is further but has more to offer, wonderful staff and in a nice area with more things to do before or after.

You will not find a better all round fitness center w/ lap pool, therapy pool and hot tub. Very clean and friendly staff. They have some odd weekend schedules but well worth a little inconvenience. Recommend highly from a pick consumer.

Don't go here if you are below the age of 55.My husband and I, both in our mid thirties, have looked for a gym in this area where we could swim laps and work out. This gym has a wonderful fitness center and pool so we came in to test it out for a day. We changed into our suits and headed to the pool to swim a few laps when I was approached by a woman saying that I couldn't wear my suit because it showed my midriff. For context, I was wearing a TYR competitive 2 piece swimsuit designed for lap swimming because I don't fit into one piece suits (my torso is very long and I'm very thin. I've looked for years and never found one that works, happy to take suggestions if anyone knows of any.)Meanwhile, just 10 feet away, an older woman was swimming in a two piece with her midriff showing and wasn't ever spoken to. She was older, I am younger... Can't help but feel this policy was only enforced because I am l young and in shape and the gym was full of older members. I understand this is a Christian facility, but what I did not understand that this means shaming younger women for wearing a swimsuit that would be considered conservative anywhere else. We'll continue looking elsewhere.

Love the place. Immaculately clean, friendly staff, well-maintained. Place is never too crowded. Only drawback is that it's closed on Sautuday ( they're Seventh Day Adventist), but I have no problem with that.

Use this facility for aerobic and strength training. Have used many facilities in my 75 years. This a friendly and clean facility. It is unsupervised, but most folks are respectful of space and rules.

I love the annual Frostbite races, where everyone is included (10K, 5K, and 1mile). The hosts treat us runners like members of the extended family ?❤️?

Expensive to come in and shoot some hoops once in a while, but they have to keep this beautiful place lit and inviting. Front desk nice and helpful.

Not just a gym, it also has three pools and an indoor walking track if the weather is poor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Could benefit from some additional classes (they do have personal trainers and group fitness classes, etc.) and they do have childcare available for members. There is an expansion with an outdoor fitness pavilion with additional pickleball and basketball courts and an 18-hole disc golf course in the works and a wooded trails. Also, AdventHealth just opened a sports medicine and PT practice literally in the building, which is handy for those recovering from an injury or surgery.

Edit: before Covid and new manager this was a nice place with friendly staff. Reopening after covid, communication has been very poor about the workout room reopening. There was some vague communication about the swimming area reopening, but with limited availability and adding family swim it was hardly worth it. I tried to cancel membership, but they refused to do so over the phone, I have to go in person to sign something. And they require a 30 day notice to cancel membership, even after your contract has been met, which I think is a bit ridiculous.Very clean, comfortable, low key gym.

Please beware. After numerous attempts at trying to cancel my membership i have continued to be charged. They will not stop charging my debit card. And are telling me that i will not get a refund. It is ***** a month that they are charging me and i have not set foot in this business since July. I finished my contract and was told that it is cancelled. But i am still having charges going through. When i asked why i was cut off and told that i would not receive a refund. I am at a total loss.
