I am very impressed with Ingles Pharmacy in Fletcher NC. They are all very helpful, friendly, and competent. I am almost always greeted by a friendly person, in an efficient way. They are awesome!!!!!

Staff is friendly and able to get prescriptions filled quickly while waiting in the store. Some of the pharmacy technicians know who I am now, so you can still get personalized care.
