I just had an exceptional experience purchasing a car from Hunter. The process was efficient, the customer service was the best I have experienced from anywhere in a long time and Brandon and David were remarkable. The place was not intimidating and it was quite nice to see David and Brandon and the others in the office able to laugh with one another. Kudos to David and Brandon for providing such a wonderful car buying experience.

First off if you take your car for repair to a dealership and it is not under warranty you might want to wise up. I was forced to go there because Volvo won't release proprietary software for certain services. This place is trying to get into your wallet from the moment you arrive. It starts with the alignment sensors, then moves to the 21 point inspection (which recommends repairs that are absolutely not needed). When the bill arrives, you discover it far exceeds what you were quoted, and that you also had to pay extra for shop supplies that were definitely not used on your specific service. Next they'll be upcharging you for soap in the bathroom!!!- don't get ripped off. Take your vehicle to honest independent repair shops.

It was in great condition clean carfax, regular service, no accidents and I had a year left on my waranty but went over the milage. So far, in a year, I've spent more than 6k on services ranging from a complete reboot of the sensor system (the vehicle literally slammed on the breaks several times creating a major safety hazzard), also the engine cooling system needed to be replaced, the sunroof and heating/ac all had to be replaced. On my last repair, I dropped the car off on Friday and found out it would take nearly a week for backordered parts (with a 3k service bill). I asked for a loaner vehicle, but unfortunately they didn't have availability. I even considered trading it in for another model but there wasn't anyone there that was interested in helping me. I waited for 3 hours for nobody to give me any answers. I got tired of bugging the staff every half an hour to remind them I was still there waiting. I ended up catching an uber to the nearest car rental location that set me back an additional $400 so i could have transportation over the Thanksgiving holiday. I'm so disappointed. Its supposed to be luxury car and I feel like I'd have better service at a Kia dealership. I will never buy another Volvo, and as soon as the car is repaired I'm trading it in for a functional vehicle. Service was amazing and so fast! Sparrow at the front desk was very welcoming and helped with the deal. Great staff. Very happy. Recommend to anyone looking for a Volvo or needs their car serviced/inspected for use or sale.

Had car towed for repair, they had to jump start it, then didn't even check the starting system. Computer diagnostics did not check the starting system either.. Awful. Car broke down on the way home, said I needed alternator and battery. I opted for alternator only. They said I had a bad battery, but I had it checked elsewhere and it is fine. They wanted to charge $1500 for exhaust and I had it repaired elsewhere for under $100. Worst car repair experience ever!!!

Quick and easy on Appointment and Process. They brought me back hone so I didn't have to stay onsite. Taylor was fantastic and through. They identified and resolved in the same visit. This was extremely important as I had a business meeting the following day.. This is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Hunter and no issues with any service or sales since 1997.Thank you for all you do, Taylor, you did a Great job.I normally do not give a 5 star rating, as I am a District Service Manager and I know the key importance of Great, Quality service.
