“You will not find a better all round fitness center w/ lap pool, therapy pool and hot tub. Very clean and friendly staff. They have some odd weekend schedules but well worth a little inconvenience. Recommend highly from a pick consumer.”

As soon as I met the owner and did an assessment and my first class there was no question that this is where I wanted to train. They were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to really make sure I understood what we were working on. They’ll probably get tired of seeing me because I will be there every time the doors open!”
