I called both Ford places in my area and could not get anyone to call me back. Called these guys on a Tuesday and my car was in and out of the shop on Thursday. Communicated great through text as well, quote was transparent.

Very reliable and trustworthy, great service. We’re on an out of town road trip and our check engine light started blinking and our gears shifting, pulled off to the first auto shop and was a little worried not being able to research a place first. However, Jason quickly resolved the issue and educated us about and what to do going forward. Now we’re back on the road, very lucky we ended up at such a great shop!

Customer care and service are absolutely OUTSTANDING at Fletcher Car Care in terms of intergrity and expertise!!! My Mom and I absolutely love working with Jennifer, Jason and Bradley. Recently, I was in Cashiers, NC, and the battery on my Honda CRV died. I called Jennifer and she ensured they made time the same day to install a new battery. Too, whenever my Mom and I have IT questions, they make the time to for us to come by so they can answer all our questions. It's like COMING HOME TO FAMILY!!!! I highly recommend their service!!! Fletcher Car Care has provided exceptional service to our two vehicles for the past two years. Their technicians are knowledgeable, proficient, and professional. In our most recent experience, they isolated the issue quickly and the repair was prompt and thorough. Their front-of-house staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. We have recommended FCC to many of our friends and will continue to do so.

We love Fletcher Car Care. The service has been friendly and courteous! They take the time to answer all of our questions and respectfully help with understanding any technical issues. Knowing only some basic auto functioning I have a real trust with them in their respectful willingness to communicate.
We came to Fletcher Car Care from another auto repair shop where none of this was the case.
What a difference! We are so happy we made this choice! And worth the extra 40 minute drive to get there.

I have been going to Fletcher Car Care for several years and wouldn’t think to go anywhere else. The service is outstanding and the employees are fantastic, kind and extremely knowledgeable. We can’t say enough for all of you at Fletcher Car Care. We have 3 Subarus and we used to take them to a dealership up north for all our service. Moving to this area we were checking some of the Subaru dealers and we just didn’t feel comfortable enough with what we read. I contacted Subaru corporate and they asked me for my zip code. Their first selection was Fletcher Car Care. Without getting into details all I can say is they do the job with expertise and they are always courteous and professional. We feel secure with all our autos being serviced by the people at Fletcher Car Care

Had a Emergency breakdown while in the area on vacation.They got my car fixed sooner then expected . I only missed 1 day of fishing thanks to the awsome service. 5 Star Service all the way. A very possitive exService.
If I lived in the area this would be my normal shop to do all my mechanic work.

Fletcher Car Care came in clutch for my family during our vacation to the mountains. A shop here in FL had replaced our timing chain a week before our drive from FL to NC, but they didn’t put our vehicle back together properly, so by the time we got to NC, there was no oil left in our engine!! Fletcher not only got us back on the road quickly, they helped to get the other shop to completely cover the cost of repairs! Jason went above and beyond which is rare these days!
