Place is decent. Good location. Room was nice. Big walk-in shower. My least favorite part was the parking lot. Just not designed good. Overall, good stay.
Rooms: Nice walk in shower and bathroom. AC worked great! No bad smells. Pillows were pretty awful.

Rooms were alright. The floors were dirty I wouldn't recommend walking around without your shoes on at all. Towels all had stains twice but the front desk swapped them out for us again. No service to rooms unless you request it...Things happen I guess. The area is nice. I'd stay here again. The price was decent.

Visiting from Australia I was disappointed that this hotel has such poor room wifi. The Delta flight I was on had faster more stable internet.
Before you stay here be aware the internet is super slow and continually kicks you off. However the closer you are to the office the better it gets. But in the rooms, it's too slow to do anything online. It is very frustrating for business people like myself flying in and out of Asheville to be held up in a hotel that advertises free wifi, that is so slow it's useless.
Making matters worse there is zero phone signal on T Mobile and other carrier partners such as Telstra.
The staff were great, very friendly, professional and willing to help. The room was small but clean and tidy. The air con was modern worked well and was quiet enough. The location is quiet too.
Breakfast options were limited to packaged food, but they did have a waffle machine.
The biggest downfall of this hotel is the internet which is fixable if they want to improve their occupancy rate and obtain more repeat customers. HECK, I wouldn't mind paying extra for quick net if that was the only option.

This hotel was filthy! Bugs crawling on the floor, mouse droppings in the bathroom found in the morning. Several utility workers decided to have party in room next to me and played loud music late into the night. Tried calling hotel front desk and the phone didn’t even have a cord. When I called the hotel manager the following business day, he did not care and wouldn’t do anything except offer me a “better rate” the next time I visited. I will NOT be back and would not recommend this location to anyone.
I finally reached out to Choice Corporate and they made things right. I will still stay at a Choice property, but never at this location.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Air Conditioning already on and room cooled down before we arrived.

It was a good stay but the room was not cleaner well. The floor was dirty. We couldn't walk barefoot without discolored our feet.

Air conditioner wasn’t working I called the front desk and this is 2:30am in the morning when we arrived from Raleigh. The front desk clerk immediately came up and helped me. The batteries were dead in the monitor on the wall. He went right then and got batteries and got the air working. Bc we came in so late they also gave us a late check out. These people were amazing! I would defiantly stay here again the rooms were also very clean and the beds were comfortable. Thanks yall you were amazing!!

came in after plans fell through the gentleman behind the desk he was very helpful. He helped save the vacation.
Walkability: very close to restaurants and the airport.
Food & drinks: Ruby Tuesdays, along with a couple of other eateries, all in short walking distance

I was pleasantly astonished by the sincere assistance provided by the front desk receptionist, Jeannette. She was exceptional! Being almost 70 with poor internet skills, I was in need of assistance with my travel plans. Jeannette was very patient as she helped me on the Quality Inn guest computer with my travel plans regarding Greyhound, taxi and Uber arrangements. She saved me much time and frustration. If I ever travel through this area, I will be sure to stay at the Quality Inn Airport location. There are two elements involved when one makes a purchase; the product and the service. The service provided by Jeannette was a wonderful asset to my day.
