I love going to dollar general but this location is not great. The manager is never friendly. The female cashier is kind but the manager makes you uncomfortable when you’re just trying to shop. Customer service should be a priority but the manager doesn’t seem to know what that is. I’ll continue to go to the other one on cane creek.

cashier is overworked, had to wait in line for over 10 mins only for them to tell me i had to buy something to get change for 5$... the item I bought was not the price it said it was so I ended up with incorrect change for what i needed and the item was also expired which made me sick. very unprofessional please find this cashier some help. my wife was sick and had to wait in the car for 10 mins and then i didnt have the change for her meds:(

went by at 7 pm on a Saturday and they were closed. there were people there but they had the doors were locked. Dollar general keeps building every 3000 ft and have nobody to work them.

I have lived around many Dollar Generals. There have even been upscaled because some offer a variety of things, including fresh produce. This Dollar General is never consistent with the hours. It isn't even 6:30 p.m. and the store is already closed on a Monday. This isn't the first time. The hours aren't posted on the door, or a sign stating it is closed. You have to walk up and try to open the door to figure it out. They also aren't very well stocked. Customer service is fine, but I wish it was convenient for a change.

Never open when they are supposed to be. If your store hours are until 9pm, don't have your doors locked at 5:30pm. Doors are locked but all lights are on. If you don't have the coverage than change your hours so people don't go there expecting to get what they need. Probably the 5th time I have come to this location and they are "closed" during open hours. No other DG in the area has this problem. So ridiculous

The cashier at the front is unbelievably disrespectful. We went in to purchase a couple of items on sale and he was SO rude, telling us that we should be ashamed for buying two items they had sitting around as decorations. He told us that he hates people from the South, and that we are all disrespectful. He also insisted on arguing with us. If you are that terrible at your job and miserable, then you need to quit. He should be fired for being so rude. He is the older gentleman with the beard and glasses. I will NEVER shop at this Dollar General again.
