I have always found Merry and Amara extremely helpful. I am still learning all the ins and outs with Ceramic. They go out of their way every single time I go in the store. They are very knowledgeable, and you can tell they enjoy what they do. And the tile supply of colors and designs are fantastic. Thank you guys for always being such a big help , and always having a friendly smile.

I ordered tile at the Fletcher, North Carolina store. My contractor discovered I was shorted on the shipment and did not receive the correct number of tiles. The store said the tiles would be ready for pickup on June 14, which cause a delay of a few days. When the tiles did not arrive on the 14th, the store said they were left off the truck.
The tiles did not arrive on June 17 and I called the store to ask what is going on and to see if I could pick the tiles up at another store. I asked the person who answered the phone what was going on she said simply "human error." I asked if it was human error both times and was going to ask if I could pick the tiles up at another store . I was interrupted and told "I am going to let you leave a message with my manager" and, before I ask where I could pick tiles up, I was transferred to voice mail.
The product is fine but the sales person was rude and unhelpful.

We are doing a kitchen remodel in our house, there were 2 ladies behind the desk. They didn't even acknowledge when we came into the store. We were asking some questions to direct us to which title will work for countertop and backsplash, they just looked at us like we just landed from another planet. One of them said “almost anything that is in here will work”and continue to do whatever she was doing. The other lady was doing absolutely nothing and she just totally ignored us. Very poor customer service skills . Perhaps they should go back to training or that is their culture in their company. Anyway, we went to HORIZON and they do require an appointment, however one of the ladies took the time to direct us and talk to us about some suggestions.
Now, that tells a lot about a company.
Crossville Studios does not have our bss Horizon does!

I recently remodeled my master bathroom, and had the privilege of working with Elyse at Crossville Studios. The tile for the bathroom floor, shower floor, and shower walls all came from this studio. Elyse helped me to find what I was looking for and offered excellent suggestions along the way. I am very happy with the results. I recommend this business.

Mandy was so helpful in choosing tile for client's 4 bathrooms and kitchen. Then when Mandy was on vacation and Kelley stepped in to help us make some changes. And Elyse helped me with tile for yet another two houses. I find them all a delight to work with ... very knowledgeable and patient. For the person who said their prices are high ... they have everything from builder grade to top of the line. I recommend them highly. And I recommend calling ahead to see what time someone can meet with you to make your experience even better.
