I had excellent customer service with a free loaner car for my 14 year old BMW service appointment. I was very surprised to have breakfast made for me by their personal chef. I will be back.

My wife, Anne, and I looked at a lot of cars before deciding to buy our BMW. Although, we felt like we had several good options…..the deciding factor came down to who we were working with……we went with a BMW and this dealership because of Chris Slagle. In addition to Chris, we want to thank Mark Miller, the sales manager for working so hard to get us exactly what we wanted. I was very particular……I wanted a particular exterior color, an unusual interior color and certain options. When we showed up for acceptance, there was no push from anyone about buying other things. It was so professional……..quiet, no stress……it was pleasant. We also want to thank Barrington, the BMW genius I worked with to understand some of the many features. He understood how overwhelming some of the setup options can be……..and encouraged us to return after we drive the car……but he made a lot of things very easy for us. I’ve owned many cars……and dealt with many dealerships……..this, by far and away, surpassed any experience I’ve ever had …..in any customer service environment……..not just car dealerships. I now understand why Chris has such a following in our town……and we are two hours away from the dealership. Thank you so much Chris, Mark, Barrington…….and all the other hard working employees I have forgotten to mention.

Service Advisor JT Williamson was awesome! He made us feel very welcome, and provided informative and detailed service. This is our first time owning a BMW, and we’re looking forward to enjoying this vehicle, as well as interacting with the staff at this facility. If all BMW staff and facilities are this wonderful, we’re BMW owners for life!! Such an amazing experience.

Horrible Experience.
My wife and I visited your location to test drive a vehicle that we were genuinely interested in. After enjoying the test drive, we were excited to make an offer, only to be met with an unexpected and disappointing response from the sales manager. To our surprise, we were informed that the car was no longer for sale because someone had shown a plane ticket and intended to purchase it at a later date.
This information was never disclosed to us during our interaction, and it felt like a complete disregard for our time and interest. We had invested time and energy into this process, believing we were on the verge of making a purchase, only to be abruptly told that the vehicle was off the market without any prior warning or discussion.
It’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of communication and customer service. We expected a more transparent and professional experience, especially given the nature of our visit.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it could improve future interactions for other potential customers. Thank you

JT made us feel welcome at Field's, made sure he understood our needs, and provided us a very nice X series, which gave us a chance for a thorough test drive. While we were having lunch we received a video review from our mechanic. Before we left, JT went over the envoice making sure we understood the costs and reminding us that our rear tires would need replacing soon
Mo made us a fine omlette and outstanding butter cookies to top off a very pleasant experience of knowing my Bimmer is in top shape.
