Fletcher“My wife brought in our RDX for our prior appointment at around 12,000 miles. The outcome there was not good, she was charged for items not previously approved. Instead of securing the requested $134 special, the tab was $280 and included services we did not approve. Moreover, those services were for items that were marginally needed at best (that included replacing the brake and transaxel fluids. I was VERY UPSET to see the bill.
This trip, we were helped by John, who in addition to being very gracious and understanding credited us for those services, basically paying for our oil change, tire rotation and inspection. We've had 3 Honda Pilots, a CRV and now this RDX. The last 2 were purchased from Appletree and not all good experiences. That said, my confidence in the Accura service team has been restored. The day before I was supposed to leave on a vacation to Belize my car's "All Wheel Drive" (AWD) light came on. I knew I had to get this checked before driving to the Charlotte Airport, so I began calling different shops, and A&D Garage had an opening that day. After a 2-hour wait I was told that my car's differential was completely shot, new parts needed to be ordered, and it was unsafe to drive home. For context- I'm a recent college graduate with no car knowledge- but even I knew this wasn't right. I asked for my keys, drove home and was later given a quote of $2,800 dollars to "fix" the issue. A total SCAM!
This is where the story takes a happy turn :) I live just down the street from Worley Automotive and after their incredible service I will be a lifelong customer. Worley Automotive not only properly diagnosed my car but they picked it up from my apartment and fixed it while I was on vacation. That way it would be ready by the time I got back! If that's not the most exceptional customer service I don't know what is. In addition to being incredibly kind, Dennis and the rest of the staff are extremely experienced and transparent- which is a rare find in the automotive industry. Unlike A&D Garage, Dennis had the knowledge, expertise and integrity to assess and fix my car. The total was $350. I truly can't thank them enough! If you live anywhere near the area you will never find a more trustworthy place to take your car than Worley Automotive.

“I bought my Crosstrek from them in 2021 and so far it has been great! I was not use to all the electric upgrades the newer cars have now and Subaru staff gave me the opportunity for me to bring my car back so they could re-teach me about all the electronic hands free gadgets even though I had already bought the car. I bring my Crosstrek back to them for services and inspections and staff are always friendly and helpful. they send me a video each time explaining what the mechanic is doing and seeing in my car as they are working on it. Staff from Subaru Hunter called me on my birthday just to wish me a happy birthday! never in my life have I heard of a car dealership do this before, it was so sweet!”

“Got my dump truck’s federal DOT inspection here, fast friendly service! Went above and beyond to help me figure out an issue with my truck.. another shop installed new tires on truck, and as soon as I left I noticed when I got to 40mph the truck started hopping/bouncing.. they tried to fix it with Balance beads, but that didn’t work. They said they didn’t know what else they can do for me. And that was frustrating because I just spent over $4000 on new tires and the truck drove worse than ever. Before the new tires, it was smooth as could be. I mention that at Snider fleet solutions and they were very helpful and trying to help me figure out what it is. I’m planning on taking my truck back there in the next week to let them fix the issue. The other shop just wasn’t equipped for big trucks like that, and they didn’t have the equipment like Snider does. So I’m anxious to get my truck back there and get it running smooth again.”

“After months of looking for a Crosstrek in my budget and planning out a trip to Asheville to look at a few (it was a 3:30 hour drive from my college). I made the long trip, to come up what I thought would be empty handed, my last attempted to look at cars was to call Hunter Subaru about a 15 minute drive south, so I gave them a call and was told that they has 2 cars that may be out of my budget but was assured that they would be worth looking at. So I went to the dealership and was met by some super nice staff, My sales person was Jordan C. Who was able to get the price down to something I could afford and helped with everything along the way. I went on my trip to view cars with the intention of getting a 2015 or 2016 Crosstrek, but in the end I now have a 2017 Crosstrek Premium. The car was not ready for me to take home the day I viewed it, so Hunter Subaru and their staff scheduled to have drivers meet me with the car at the Tennessee Kentucky border. This process went super smooth and saved me a lot of stress. The drivers were also amazing and kind. It was such a relief to work with people that genuinely cared and wanted to send me home with a safe and reliable vehicle. Hunter Subaru is definitely worth your time and wants whats best for the customer!”
“I'm in town for a few work meetings. On the drive up from Georgia, the low tire pressure light came on and of course it's night out, I'm panicked, and worried I'm going to get a flat tire on a section of the road where there's no shoulder. I'm staying at a hotel near the airport, and on my way there I drive past the Honda dealership! I know it's closed, so I knew I had to come by today. After trying my hand at filling up at gas stations and being confused why the light wouldn't go off, I made sure I got here before five. I was greeted by Gabby, which took away some of my anxiety and pained look of being at a dealership looking foolish and all for not knowing how my car works. She brought over Alex, one of the advisors and he explained to me what the issue was, why it happened, what to expect moving forward, and also how to keep an eye out moving forward if the light comes on again. Finally, he showed me how to reset the calibration so the light goes off! Many thanks to both Gabby and Alex at this dealership for taking a late walk in. They were professional, kind, and super helpful. On a day when I was so exhausted, I got to address a pain point and get this addressed so I don't panic on my drive back to GA tomorrow. Support this dealership! I didn't buy my Honda here but they helped me as if I was a lifelong customer, that tells you a lot.”
