  The efficiency of getting the car was the best I’ve ever seen! I got a free upgrade to a 2025 Toyota Carolla hybrid. I loved it. Beth was my check out agent in Asheville.   excellent customer service from beginning to end - Shana (sp?) at the check-in could not have been any better. Professional, patient, friendly and polite. Received a clean, low-mileage vehicle. Drop off was a breeze - rep there was excellent too
