I hit a ditch and popped the plastic clips that hold the dirt shield in place in my front wheel well. I stopped at Holder's and asked, "what'll cost to get that shield lined back up, or is the job too small to fuss with". The guy went back in the shop, came out with 2 new clips and popped them back in place. No charge. Wouldn't even accept the $20 I offered. I'm only in NC for the summer, but, if I ever need body work, I found the shop I would not hesitate to use.

I requested four quotes from around Hendersonville. Gary Holder was half the estimate of one and a third of the price of another. The fourth never got back with me. Lynn, Coordinator Extraordinaire at Gary Holder, was super helpful. She went above and beyond to communicate throughout the process. I originally wasn't going to submit it to insurance and then changed my mind. Lynn had all of the documentation in order and sent it to me within minutes of my call. No "i"s were left undotted and no "t"s left uncrossed. My vehicle is back to perfect. Thanks!

Incredible body shop, especially for vans. I brought my 159" High Roof Ram Promaster in for some damage to the roof when a tree fell on it. Gary Holder was AMAZING - great communication, incredible work done (reshaping the roof + repainting), and a very fast timeline. I cannot recommend them enough, especially for van work (they have a tall paint shop garage, so they can service tall vans, unlike many places) .

Our next-to-new RV van was sideswiped at our storage facility. We were fortunate to be pointed to Gary Holder Collision. Top notch service all around. Lynn in the front office was courteous and efficient in handling coordination of the estimate with the insurance company, scheduling the repair work and communicating with me. Job was completed within the time promised and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Even knowing that the repair was done, it is completely undetectable.

Great Service ! Had two tailgates repaired at Gary’s collisions , i almost purchased a new tailgate through eBay , but was happy I called and they gave me a price on the phone which was incredible , I was able to get them repaired locally and that is what I was looking for , been needing to get this done for little while and worked out great , I highly recommend them and will use them again in the near future .

Seeing all the good reviews, I really wanted to be able to write one myself. Unfortunately, not the case. My car was there for a month after I was told it would be about 10 days. After three weeks they said it was ready, but when we went to pick it up we found that an alignment -- which was included in the estimate -- had not been done. It was another week before that had been taken care of. I also was disappointed in their communication; I felt like a nag having to call all the time to find out when the job would be complete.

Took my father's Highlander to repair the hood ,and also stop a leak coming into the floor board.The crew took care of the body work ,found and stopped the water leak.Ashley is truely a pro at what is does, and her customer service is job one,they even fixed a leak in my older Volvo wow!Go see the folks at Gary Holder Collision,top shelf.

This place is overpriced with very rude customer service. Took my business to Collision Automotive Refinishing Service in Hendersonville. Spoke to Scott and my Subaru was back to new at a fair price.
