Outstanding customer service. Had a major time consuming repair. Recently moved to area but had used same facility 20 years ago when Grover had the establishment and received outstanding service then. Took a chance, estimate was reasonable with detailed explanations of what was required, timeline given. Two days prior to date of completion my son asked to borrow truck. Called Bill the manager to see if it could be expedited and he arranged for mechanic to work until 10 at night and come in at 6 to get the repair done. Cost came in below estimate. I live 1 1/2 hours away from establishment but plan using them for future repairs.

We are from Maine and were staying at a hotel in Flat Rock for our son's wedding. We had a gas line leak, and we called mechanics in the area and they all said it would be the next week before they would even look at it. We were praying for an answer, and called CarStarz, and they said to come in right then! They found the problem within minutes and gave all 6 of us a ride back to our hotel! They had our vehicle fixed before check out time for a reasonable price, and they offered to pick us up. They were our answered prayer! They are very professional, great bunch of guys, and a true example of Southern hospitality! Highly recommend!

It's really awesome to once again come across an honest and fair auto shop. Just had my 2014 Focus serviced there and was very satisfied with the whole process from the text quotes, the check-in, check-out and friendliness of the staff. Several of our family members also use this shop and have nothing but good things to say about it. Highly recommend!!!

Was traveling through from TN to FL - (very long story) but broke down close to the shop. It was a Sunday night, we stayed in a hotel down the street and after a few calls we found Street's Automotive. They agreed to see/check the car that day (other shops said a week minimum before they could even check it). I knew what the issue was already, but I couldn't fix it as I didn't have any tools. I drove it to the shop and they were above and beyond any shop I have been too, and I have friends that own shops in Miami. The gave me the estimate and said they could fix it that same day. I gave them the go ahead and they fixed it and took care of my truck like it was theirs. It was unfortunate to say the least that I broke down, but it couldn't have happened in a better place. Thank you guys again!

I was making an annual Christmas road trip from South Carolina back to Chicago with my dog when all of a sudden my car broke down in Flat Rock.I called AAA to hail a tow truck to get me to the nearest service center, which happened to be Street's Automotive. Mike and the team gave me the diagnosis (radiator and timing belt replacement) and cost estimate within an hour. Despite being backed up since it was their first day back from the holiday, they said they would prioritize my car since I was traveling.Even though they were about to close, they were patient with us and answered all of our questions about the car and waited for us to figure out our hotel situation without any pressure. After we figured out the hotel, Mike even gave us (including my dog and all of our luggage) a ride to our destination in his own car.The next morning, Street's was in communication with us from the beginning, and had the car ready by noon. We managed to drive back to Chicago that same day with no problems thanks to the team.Honestly, I think this was the best place for our car to break down as the service was excellent, communication was clear and honest, and the prices were fair. Recommend.

Best car repair shop I have ever been to. And I have been to a lot. The staff, the facility, and the professional and courteous atmosphere is the best in the business. I just wish I lived closer!

They are pleasant to talk with you about your car needs. Prices are very fair and honest. They are timely in getting your vehicle back as quoted. Their waiting room and bathroom are very clean. Keurig coffee is offered free in the waiting room.
