“Great experience at Dale’s Auto Services. My mom’s car had developed a squeak in what we thought were the breaks. Made an appointment to have the brakes replaced. Dale called to verify what our concerns were. After evaluating the situation he called back to share the break pads were in excellent condition and to fix the squeak - which is not a safety issue and has no impact on the cars breaking ability - would be wasting our (my parent’s) money. It is rare to find a mechanic that recommends what is best for the customer and not their personal bottom line. Truly appreciated him evaluating the situation instead of just “doing what was scheduled”.”

“Outstanding customer service. Had a major time consuming repair. Recently moved to area but had used same facility 20 years ago when Grover had the establishment and received outstanding service then. Took a chance, estimate was reasonable with detailed explanations of what was required, timeline given. Two days prior to date of completion my son asked to borrow truck. Called Bill the manager to see if it could be expedited and he arranged for mechanic to work until 10 at night and come in at 6 to get the repair done. Cost came in below estimate. I live 1 1/2 hours away from establishment but plan using them for future repairs.”
