We have brought our dogs here since moving to WNC 10 years ago. This is an amazing place for all animals, with a super knowledgeable staff who shoot straight with you all while providing excellent care without any pressure to do more than what is needed. From surgeries to annual physicals, even though we moved a bit farther away, I’ll always entrust my pups with only them. We are so grateful for Animals r Us!

Everyone at Animals R U was fabulous! As soon as we walked in you could see the love they have in their hearts for all animals. Bella felt very comfortable thru the entire visit. It's great to know they're there when we need them.

The office manager is a liar! She is rude and only wants to over talk and not listen! The whole place has went down hill when it comes to office staff. They are the most unprofessional ppl. You can tell they have no training or anyone that truly leads the office.
They also have no training on customer service and how to deescalate but they are pros at escalation. Just shows the lack of training. If you value professional front desk ppl, I do not recommend this place. After 4 years I have had enough.

I recommend them the most! We've always been blessed with lots of great dogs,cats and goats over the years. Beverly and her staff delivered us a caring and affordable service for our crowd. They have been there helping us from the first shots to the last shot. We Thank you guys for all you do!
