The staff does Not return phone calls I dropped an item off to be repaired. They said they would send it out. It would take a week. It’s been three weeks. I don’t have my product back so hopefully I get some answers soon.

Tried to return a ring no one was able to really help me and then finally I was informed that in order for me to get any kind of store credit for a return item. I need to spend twice that amount before I can receive it. Another woman told me something completely different. Not sure what is going on lately, but I will definitely be purchasing my jewelry elsewhere from here on out. These people are very rude and snobby.

It was an accidental visit to show my girlfriend some rings after walking in the mall in Beckley, WV. The ladies there were fantastic in helping us. A month or so, we came back to buy my fiancee a wedding ring, the sales lady went above and beyond helping us. I could not say enough about the professional service that we received. Thank you.

This Sunday, my grandparents were in the store looking at new rings to replace their current ones while they were in town. I just walked into the store while my mother was in a nearby one. There was an Indian lady at the counter with a black man talking to her and she treated him as if he was bothering her when he was giving his number to be called for an item. His demeanor was visibly annoyed by her. After he left she STILL didn't approach my grandparents. They had to be in the store for at least ten to twenty minutes before they got fed up and walked out because not once were they greeted by her or told that they'll be helped shortly. They buy jewelry quite often, mainly rings for my grandmother and watches for my grandfather, even my mother and I buy jewelry for them. Heck, we had just split of while my grandparents were getting hats and sneakers, while my mother and I went to Simply Southern and other clothes store before she went to look at earrings in another store. It wasn't like she was busy, she was looking at me when I walked in and was looking at them. They decided that when they get back to their home state, they're going to their usual Zales.
