I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND USING YOUNG’S PAINT & BODY SHOP!!! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY OF WORK IS NOT GREAT AND I WAS CHARGED $6000.00 TO DO A HORRIBLE PAINT JOB ON A CLASSIC. EVERY TIME I ASKED HIM QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PAINT JOB AND LET HIM KNOW MY CONCERNS ALL HE HAD WAS EXCUSES BY TEXT. HE WOULD NEVER COMMUNICATE VIA PHONE. I TOLD HIM I HAD PREVIOUSLY SPENT $6000.00 ON THE PAINT JOB, THEN HE CHARGED ME $6000.00. NOW THE CAR IS AT ANOTHER SHOP TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM THAT HE NEVER CORRECTED AND WAS PAID TO CORRECT….. I WILL SEE HIM IN COURT.

I have never encountered such an honest, professional, friendly, compassionate business owner/ mechanic like Mr. Young. He was willing to work with me to prevent the totaling of my only transportation. The work on my 2014 Chevy Sonic LT looks impeccable. You can not tell I was in a car accident. People of Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Lumberton, and other cities, please use this business instead of "Caliber"!! I can tell you I am more than thankful for working with Mr. Young and his excellent crew to give me my car and, honestly, my life back.

Mr.Harold was very polite and professional when dealing with my car. I initially brought my car to him for chipped paint on the front bumper that I wanted to get fixed. He charged me a fair price and did not charge extra when completing the job and noticing that there was something wrong with the car that caused him to have to do more labor than initially paid for. He stayed in constant communication with me about updates on my car and the finished product looked like when I first bought the car. I highly recommend. Brough my car to him Thursday evening and had it back Friday morning. Which is a good turn around.

From the time I dropped my car off until finish, Young's body shop was absolutely wonderful! Harold (the owner) made sure to keep in touch with me and got things done in a timely manner with decent prices! My car looks great! :) would definitely come back. Thanks a bunch guys! I came in for some body work on my vehicle, paint job, a few dents n dings, and other repairs. Amazing work, great customer service .. I am both satisfied and impressed with the services.

I wish Zero Stars was an option. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. The amount of disrespect and manipulation was mind blowing. Mr. Young charged me a $1000 deposit, kept my vehicle for a year and a half, further damaged it as you can see where he cut into it from the photos, and never finished the job. Each time I would call about the vehicle he cited he just needed two more weeks to get it done. I finally gave up and went to get my vehicle back. He refused to give me my deposit back, stating he gave me three doors from another vehicle that he got for free from his uncle and that was worth the thousand deposit. This man is a liar and should be ashamed of himself.

The guys at Youngs did metal, body and paint work for my 1977 ford maverick. They brought it back to life and the quality of work was great. They’re quick to respond and stick to their word. Highly recommend. Don’t have a ton of pictures but here are a few of rear end and front end. The bumpers, hood and body are equally good. They did take more time than I thought but with a project like this and the outcome they provided, it was worth it.

He did a great job fixing our plugged sunroof, fixed the oxidized hail damage on the roof and repainted and defogged the headlights. Our car looks brand new. Great service and work done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Hands down this is the best place to go! Harold (the owner) went above and beyond! I got my truck painted there. What I absolutely loved is he showed me everything during the whole process. Sent pictures and everything. Him and his team did a phenomenal job!! I Absolutely loved the final product!! I will definitely be going back to him if I ever need him again!!!
