Never ever answers the phone. Never there. I told him I was on the way and he leaves when we arrive and said he would be back in 2 hours. Does not value others time, slow to respond or do anything, unhelpful.

My credit card information was stolen and used at this place. The card wasn't present and they still took the payment. Untrustworthy!

Very friendly people… but don’t take your money to them. Well, if you’re fine with a temporary vehicle for about a month or two before it breaks down.. power to you! First car I bought had problems with the compressor but I hadn’t known due to their mechanic putting an excessive amount of oil. The salesman (Sam) will encourage you to bring the vehicle back to him…. Consider a trade…. Let “ his mechanic” (A.J.) work on the vehicle… all in a sense that he’s doing you a favor but please, think twice. Also, Sam put on paperwork that I paid 9500 for a car I paid 10000 for… so where is the $500? Moral of the story is… this is your typical car scammer. He also accused ME of wrecking the vehicle when there had been no accidents prior to the knocking and shaking. Very irresponsible, unprofessional people.

I bought a 2010 Nissan Altima and little by little my car had major break downs. I’m a mechanic so I know that you need to keep up with maintaining your vehicle but not like this every week it is a problem please DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

If you think the prices are too good to be true, your right. I went in too buy a 2011 ford ranger and through my entire experience with these people I saw nothing but red flags. The tire pressure sensor was malfunctioning, dry rot on the tires, mirror control module did not work and the transmission sputtered at 80. Luckily I didn't buy it, this place takes peoples hard earn money and sells lemons. Do not give them the benefit of a doubt because you will have your time and hopefully not your money wasted.

BAD BUSINESS, I accompanied my friend to go buy a car from them 120 days ago and turbo charger went out already. Come to find out the car has been in accidents and has previously had front end damage they did not tell us any of this when we asked about vehicle history.All they had to do is be honest and this would've been a 5 star review, even with the damage.

They sale bad cars my wife brought a car from Sam dowlatshahi in March today is July 21st and we have already had to repair the coolant system and now the turbo charger has went out and engine is misfiring all these problems after only 120 days !! Sam is a fraud he gives out misleading vehicle history when we asked about car history he said quote on quote this is very good car I buy for my girlfriend but she got sick and can't afford no more so I had to put back in the line to sell !! Truth about the car is that it has been in a wreck and Sam did not give us this information we found out on our own when we took to get the turbo charger fixed that this car has had front end damage from a wreck the hood is new and the windshield has been replaced but they left me to fix all the engine problems that occured from the wreck this car was in with previous owner !!!!! Save ur money and shop elsewhere if u don't want a car that's gonna be a money pit !!!!!!!
