You are a LIAR and a scam artist. My report is going to BBB and higher.
I called before I came and asked if you work on head gaskets because there is white smoke emitting from my tail pipe.
The clerk told me yes.
I’m told there is no oil in the car and that there can’t be a diagnostic without oil.. so I was offered an oil change instead.
I told the clerk that even though I’ll accept an oil change.. I’m truly concerned about the white smoke emitting from my tail pipe.. and I just really want that fixed..
The clerk tells me it’s probably because I just need an oil change.
When I come to pick up my car and pay for the oil change.. 1. My license plate is missing. To where the owner responds, “that’s crazy.” My license plate was stolen while in the custody of this shop.
2. There is still white smoke emitting from my tail pipe.. which made me ask if the shop can check my head gasket.. to where the owner said, “it’s probably the piston rings and we don’t work on that.”
You literally took my time, money, and a piece of my property.

This place is shady. I HIGHLY do not recommend this place to get any work done on your car. I have a 2010 ****** corolla le that I needed to get a timing cover gasket replaced as stated by a certified ****** mechanic on *************** Before I took my car to this shop it was in good working condition as stated from a certified ****** mechanic at a dearlship on *************** where I got my multipoint inspection done and oil change the same day I took my car to this shop. After this shop did a diagnostic on my car to see if it was the timing cover gasket they said that it was. They also said I had a valve leak as well. Upon putting my car back together after this work was down, the owner of this place said that there was a blown Fuse. He said my power steering wasn't working and half the electrical components weren't working. So my car had to stay a couple more days to get this fixed. Upon picking up my car when I was told it was ready, the lady at the front desk stated that my check engine light was on but that my car was drivable. I drove my car to work that same day only to find that it was not driving the same when I took my car to the shop originally. There is poor acceleration, stiffness in my steering. My VSC off light is flashing and my traction light is on as well as the check engine light. I will not be going back to this shop and I recommended that no one else go as well.

Gave this place two stars because if you tell them something needs to be fixed they’ll fix it. But if you don’t know what’s wrong with your car. I recommend you go to a different mechanic. They don’t have good customer service skills. And have bad communication between their customers, mechanics and front desk workers. It has been a he said she said fiasco. I had to go to the BBB and do a complaint at the commissions office. This shop has had several complaints and not just locally but with Carsheild as well. I was able to get all my money back that was wasted. And did not have to communicate with the owner again. Please scout out mechanics prior to taking your vehicles.

Andre had my car for 2 weeks free from interruptions from me anyway. I was told would complete on Wednesday. Great for me as I told him I was headed to serve a client in NY for a while. Leaving Friday early. I call to arrange pick up or delivery to be told not sure when Andre would be in nor when he could finish my last item the muffler. This is on Friday morning, the day I am to wrap many things up in the early A.M. to head north no later than 1 P. M. I had even hired a driver which was on a set time schedule. Andre and his assistant brought my car to me at 3:30 P.M. skip to my current issue... Andre has the muffler on backwards (like section B the connected section A, plus no tight connecting clamps or pins, etc.) it is hanging lower that my other that did not require changing and I've called Andre everyday this week started on Monday until today Thursday. I've text, called spoke with assistant on Wednesday ask to have Andre call me and I still have no call back or any replies. I guess I will see this group Andre in particular in court soon if no reply and resolution. This is so disappointing in so many ways of trying to support this small business of color and for what, a dollar. Trust me if I meet him in court those dollars he will regret. Please simple reply and offer to resolve like the kind young man I know you are. Please and don't have your office wife do your dirty work. Be the man in business who handles the good with the your bads. Had an upper control arm replaced along w/an oil change on my work truck; the price was fair, everything was done in a timely manner and as far as I can tell they did a good job.Mr.Andre (the Mechanic) seems to be a nice, fair guy.Will be using this shop again?Services: Oil change

My 2005 Honda Element alternator died halfway to an art exhibition. Driving from Durham North Carolina to Lake City South Carolina. I called most of the big-name repair shops in town and was told that I have to wait at least 2 days do you have anything done to my element. Then I called expert automotive repair and Andre said if you can get it to me I can fix it. And he was totally right! We were in and out in under three hours and I made it to my destination right on time. Thank you so much Andre for your expert skills. I wish you were in Durham so I could go to you on the regular.
