It was our first time at this place, I honestly will not return there. According to the review before me in which it has been a month ago, the roaches situation has not yet been resolved, Because a few days ago I stayed there and had the same issues roaches in kitchen area and roaches in bathroom including bath tub. I advise look elsewhere. I must add a positive note the person at front desk or should I say window was great! He showed kindness, willing to walk the extra mile.

Have been here for a few years. Staff is always very helpful and pleasant. We have never not felt safe. Many amenities in the area to enjoy. Overall a good experience.

The staff was very respectful and helpful. Ms. Pamela and Mr Kyron gave excellent service. They always had a smile on their face. They performed their jobs with excellence. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I been here a few months and I haven't had a better stay....the staff are like family especially Pamela at the front! If you need a good spot this is the place for you! Clean establishment, respectful staff, clean rooms...best Extended in Fayetteville!

This place has roaches which shocked me due to how clean it was! I do not recommend until they get the infestation under control.

This place use to be a good place to stay ,but now it's terrible. The bathtub faucet was coming out the wall they have roaches, they charge for wash cloth and towels, poor house keeping. There was only one Nice, Respectful , lady at front desk. Everyone else was rude poor customer service skills even the manager.. price paid was too much to pay for the experience I had. Refrigerator busted up.

They had a roaches and spiders,the beds looked like army beds.they had crackheads walking around begging…the service was good.but i would never stay there ever again.I was just there last weekend.

Extended Stay America ?? West 1381 Walter Reed Road Fayetteville NC 28304.The General Manager Savannah Conroy runs an excellent facility and she has a very strong support staff team. Savannah makes sure that hotel policies and procedures are followed at all times. The General Manager and support staff members provide a safe and clean facility. My first year experience at Fayetteville West has been excellent I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that needs a good and safe facility for a nightly or extended stay for the parents and children. Savannah and crew members have made my experience at Fayetteville West a perfect 10 out of 10.Rooms: The guest room and the hotel extended facilities are clean, comfortable and safe. The Fayetteville West hotel at 1381 Walter Reed Road Fayetteville NC is well maintained and the General Manager and her staff provide a clean and safe environment for the guests.Safety: The General Manager and staff make sure that the safety protocols are followed by all of the guests at all times.Walkability: There are several eating places in walking distance of this town hotel. There is also drugstores and supermarkets in walking distance of the hotel.

The manager is changing me $28 a day pet fee per two cats plus tax rounding close to $65 PER DAY. When the working entered my two cats in the computer the price is only $28 for both together, but she decided to verbally over charge me because she’s the manager. And I definitely need to contact their corporate office. Now me and my child and pets will be sleeping in our van until we find somewhere to stay. Because that price is ridiculous.
