Tonya Jennifer Darlein And The Maintenance Crew Are The Greatest People I Have Known Anytime I Go In To See Them They Have Great Customer Service And Always Smile And Show Compassion For The Tenents That Live Here And The Maintenance Crew Always Show Up When Things Happen In Our Apartments Whenever Your Call Them Great Customer Skills You Don't Have To Be Blood Related To Be Family These People Show That We Can Family And Help One Another Thank God For These People

This apartment complex is disgusting. I’ve complained about roaches since we’ve signed the lease. The maintenance man tells me take pictures of the roaches, if you see them because we don’t see live activity!! On top of that I have neighbors on top of me who walk all night long arguing fighting an to top it all off , the neighbors to the right of me have on going traffic standing in front of my window beeping the horns it’s not worthy of my 1224.00 a month this complex apartment would be the worst place I’ve ever lived in.

I would say channing apartment management is really supportive and they helped me on interior maintenance frequently, door battery update on the same day, rental insurance policy update and many more. Appreciate!!

My partner and I lived here for about a year. We moved out early (and we were paying the rent on the new place and here, if that tells you anything).BLUF: Don't waste your god damn money on this place, you deserve better.Over the course of our lease (the majority of which was under the new company), we had a few maintenance issues. Each one of them was solved either day-of or within a week depending on the severity of the problem, which was, in my opinion, a pretty fantastic response time. This is for basic maintenance though (drawer broken, outlet stopped working, etc).The complex itself is relatively dated. There's no laundry in any unit, all of the closets are tiny as heck, and the insulation leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn't look or feel luxurious, and certainly doesn't command the same price tag as many other more modern complexes within 5 miles.Now, the elephant in the room; the cockroaches. This place is infested. Not sugar-coating it, not throwing out accusations, et cetera. I can't speak on any of the newer, remodeled apartments, but we were in an older-style one, and it was not fantastic. If we walked into the kitchen in the morning (we got up around 0515), I'd always see at least ten scurry away. I've probably killed hundreds of them since moving in. We also paid monthly for pest control which we hardly ever got. We had a Ring camera and every week we were scheduled to have pest control come in, nobody showed up. Additionally, whenever we submitted work orders for treatment (as we got a notice saying we WEREN'T ALLOWED TO HAVE OUR OWN TRAPS BECAUSE OF THE PEST CONTROL WE WEREN'T RECEIVING), it was ignored in the same manner.It took until one day we had BEES in our apartment (who had made a nest within the walls of the apartment below us) to get any form of pest control, and even then the property manager at the time basically told me to go screw myself. I had to call the regional manager of Apartment Dynamics (parent company) to gain any traction and see this even begin to get resolved.For what it's worth, the new company is trying. They've made strides in terms of updating apartments, the complex, and the amenities, I just don't feel like the complex yet commands that "luxury" pricetag, especially if I'm sharing the luxury with some cockroaches while having to drive to do my laundry.Office staff were always nice, though (minus that one property manager, I want to say it was Theresa or Teresa). This review is in no was reflective of any (other) interaction with maintenance or the office staff.

Horrible apartment. Don’t waste your $$ to start the apartment are so old and don’t look like anything in the picture also you can hear everything upstairs!! It’s so loud. You will lose sleep here and the fact that they rise the rent. It’s insaneI have reported of noises a thousand time and nothing has changed. The pool is nice that’s about it. I’m glad im leaving these apartments.

Darien Johnson and karrie helped me out significantly especially when I lost the key they helped me get a replacement and now I am able to do what I was unable to do when the key was lostI am thankful for the two of them and they hard and helpful work to make sure the work was completed

I have lived here since 2016 under 2 other Management Companies. First, let me say, these guys have made many improvements: all new washing machines, electronic locks on the apts, ADT service connected to Fayetteville Police. It is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, the hospital and many other things. It is a great place to live. It is a very safe neighborhood.

I used to live here and wasn't impressed. Came back to Fayetteville and checked them out again due to being close to my job at Cape Fear. Wow this place has changed and for the better. The updated Apartments are nice! The staff said they are continually updating stuff around the property. Looking forward to my easy commute to work.

if you would like to move into a place built in the 70s with poor insulation so you can have your nice ac/heat on all year round, have vehicle break ins meanwhile you are under contract stating you may not have security cameras, you work first shift? or weekends?! please enjoy quality restless nights while your jobless upstairs neighbor stomps around and creaks the thin floor at 4am every morning, muscle cars in the next parking lot doing burnouts untill police arrive anywhere from 10p-12am, and if you want to kill more bugs than the exterminator, please come on by! the new staff is beyond nice and attentive. amazing! new management is definitely doing great flipping this place around! maintenance fixes things relatively quickly, pool seems to be clean and regularly maintained, a gym right in the leasing office so you can have some privacy..(dont.) renovations being done are truly bringing the community together but after a few cut hedges, roof shingles replacement, and laundromat renovation (which half the machines are down already) the prices have doubled. well worth it if you luck out on anything but a first floor unit. the neighbors around are friendly and typically wave and greet which is comforting as we all are going through our own tough times. if you are afraid of dogs, dont. tenants dont care about dog leashing policies. they open the door and let them run around outside. they dont pick up the wilder beast logs either. please watch your children, i love the kiddos here they are so much fun but not every doggy is a good pup.. food trucks stop by the office regularly and the staff holds holiday events and offer gifts to residents often and are open to any suggestions or concerns about this community as a major issue this place had was the old management. they were super shady and left the place in shambles..kudos to them for showing they care about the community and are executing back to back renovations and maintenance repair no questions asked. emails are sent out regularly over emergency repairs, policy updates, lost belongings, loose dogs anything of that sort. you will always be in the loop! 5 stars for management im sure everyone here agrees! just stay away from the first floor if working early mornings, lock your vehicles and secure your belongings inside, please (you should do that ANYWHERE). you'll be fine if you just need somewhere to go i promise ?. hospital close by, plentiful food options in the area, cross creek mall less than 15mins away. commuting isn't terrible. its not all bad. 5 stars for the new management. they truly are outstanding i cant express that enough. 2 stars for my experiences.
