1st time customer, needed an oil change and state inspection. Arrived for appointment and was greeted by a very nice young lady, who let me know it would be a moment. Then a very tall gentleman confirmed my service request, took my keys asked if I would be waiting and that he would let me know when it's done. Enjoyed light conversation with a couple other customers. And learned electricity scooters can go fast and they had lotion in the restroom.
Sending a big "MAHALO" (Thank you in Hawaiian) to Cyan for explaining everything that was done and all the other issues that will need to be addressed. He also showed and explained what the identification #s on my tires meant. I'm a single Mom and it's good to know that there are associates who really care about all their patrons. I wasn't the only one there, they were busy and yet Cyan took the time to make sure I understood what I had to take care of.

For 22 days my work truck has been kidnapped. It is still there (and yes I’m fully aware they will likely sabotage it due to this review). It needed not even 8 hours of work to solder in some new wires to make a fan spin and drop a new battery. I am so far behind in everything that I must do and completely at a loss. Never would have given them this much control over my life had I known it would take so long to do so little. Lesson learned though: always ask for a time to completion estimate as well as a cost estimate, AND NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Even tho I didn't get work done there . The mechanic named Dane is and honest one! I had a problem with the a vibration in the steering wheel. At first we thought it was an engine mount . But he went as far as hopping in the car with me, to take a drive to see what really was the issue . And came to a conclusion is was an axle coming out of the transmission and asked if I've gotten a new transmission put in recently, and that he doesent want to charge me for something that is most likely under warranty. And he was right! Thanks Dane! I'll be back to fix my brakes and rotors tho.

This is the best mechanic shop I’ve been my whole adult life! As a woman it’s hard finding a good mechanic to work on your car and not over charge you or try to get over. From the first time I called and came by I got treated with so much respect and love like I was someone they knew all their life…like family. I previous went to another shop and I was told I needed lower control arm wheel Barron and so much more with the total cost being over 1k. Coming to ‘Wiggs’ was the best decision ever because I didn’t need any of them things they actually looked at my car , quoted me and was done in a timely manner. I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you Mr. Mike and family ❤️

We are new to the area and from a local we were recommended to go to Wiggs Auto for our vehicle service and repair. My husband and I have been there 3 times this year. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest and quickly got our vehicle in the shop everytime! They do not over charge and makeup things to add to your bill. It's refreshing to know a shop like them still exist. We will be returning to Wiggs Auto for all of our vehicle needs.
