Listened to what I wanted done, then helped me find a solution as close to it as possible. What I liked the most is the health of my hair is always the most important thing,witch I appreciate even when it goes against what I want done. Always helps me find a happy medium ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Patricia is a professional. She is very knowledgeable about hair. I love it. I just go in sit back and relax and let her handle my hair. I've been to her 3 or 4 times now and I am so happy to have found a new stylist like her! No wait time. You're in and out. And I really appreciate that!

I was very hesitant about sending this review. However, maybe my review will assist a new client with making a decision on whether or not she wants to receive services from the Why Knot Salon with the stylist Patricia Clinkscales. Considering how many of us are walking around with unhealthy hair I feel that it is important to provide feedback on my salon experience-My stylist's name was Patricia Clinkscales. Her salon is very clean and she uses quality products. She is a highly skilled stylist and is an expert with her cutting technique. She has established herself and client base and she is not interested in obtaining new clients. She has a very poor and abrasive professional attitude and she no longer enjoys taking care of clients/hair or values her clients. It is clear that she is burned out. I would not recommend this salon or stylist to new clients looking for long term quality hair care service. I was very disappointed in Patricia. I expected so much more from a professional stylist with over 20+ years. If you call her shop-you will witness the unpleasant nature within minutes. She has a very unpleasant attitude! I will not go back!
