After corporately cheating me out of $71 and some change Wells Fargo has made it known that they are not responsible for our FDIC insured funds they rewrite and change policies whenever it benefits them and then when they get pissed off with you, they tell you you’re free to take legal action and then harass you daily by calling your phone and leaving voicemails trying to de-escalate what they’ve already escalated to agitate you and still not give you the money that’s rightfully yours at their discretion they choose to abide by federal and local laws. I will not do any more business with them. I’m warning every potential new customer that they will steal your money and they will find ways to cover it up, going outside of business hours to push transactions through with or without your knowledge and then completely you will make transactions and be charged once as soon as you leave the store you will go to sleep and the very next day you will be charged again for the same transaction when you call them about it, the escalations people in San Diego gonna lie to you about information giving you fake time signatures your money isn’t safe your business isn’t protected here if you’re not already doing business with this company, I would suggest you not do business with this company. If you would like to save yourself headaches I rather lay in the middle of train tracks, then to trust my money with this company ever again. This company is ran by financial bigots that are constantly taking losses in the market so they have to take from their honest hard-working customers

After two white females at the Wells Fargo on McPherson rd made me do a run around for two days and then denied me because I’m not a customer and I’m black, I went to the wells Fargo on Morganton in the mall parking lot and this nice black lady (working by herself) window and the desk inside cashed my check in two seconds no questions asked. I prefer the one on Morganton and NOT the one on McPherson.

Yes I stop by the bank just want to take some money out of my account but has wait 15 minutes there were only one person n line but 3 peoples working n the other 2 watch her do all the work you would think they be trying to help out but that wasn't the case.The worse bank I ever been to.

I went cross creek mall wells fargo drive thru just for deposit. But I've waited about over 15mins.This is not the first time. I always feel "wasted" my time whenever I go.Also I don't feel I'm welcomed!!

The Cross Creek Mall Wells Fargo Branch is the absolute worst branch in town.Just went there to deposit checks. Waited 20mins in line, 1 car ahead of me. No movement. Come to find out there’s only 1 teller to serve 3 cars in line at teller and 5 people waiting online I side of the bank.Worst customer service, ever!

Worst Wells Fargo location in Fayetteville. Super unhelpful when I came in trying to get a new debit card cause the app was not allowing me to do it myself. Multiple employees in the building but I was told no one could help me the 2 different times I came in. The banker I had scheduled an appointment with was “wrapped up in another task” because I was a few minutes late to my appointment when I called ahead of time and let them know I was running late. Terrible customer service
