I use them for grocery pick up a lot and everyone at the pick up is always so kind and helpful. But lately every time I have ordered meat with my order fresh or frozen something has been wrong with it! I will continue to use them but when it comes to meats I will not be buying meat from the online order pick up anymore

Who doesn't love a Walmart that sells alcohol.... your average Walmart otherwise. A little wait at the check out but easy setup and pretty clean

6/12/2024 after 11am
i completed an online order for 2 solar bug zappers. i received a notification that the item was out of stock (i was offered a replacement). i had to come inside to have my oil change done and happen to see the same product Walmart stated they were out of on the shelf.
Your Associates need to truly try to find items / remind you those items were listed online **ONLY AT THIS LOCATION & SPRINGLAKE NC** / There is a total of 6 on the shelf from what I could see in your Garden area .... There unable to be missed unless you weren't paying attention or plainly didn't go over to that location.
I had to go to Customer Service and complete a refund ? just to get what I originally requested.
Let's try to do better next time.

So I purchased what I thought was a brand new cartridge of ink last night. I noticed the box had cut it looked as though someone cut it with a box cutter when they were opening the box to stock. I didn’t think anything of it I get it home why has the ink been swapped out with an empty one. I got to Walmart at 556 to bring it back to find out customer service doesn’t open until 7 so I sat in the parking lot until 7. I take the ink back inside explain everything and they looking as though I’m lying. I told them they can do a whole investigation run the camera back cause I’m not paying $33 for something empty and used. My reason for this review is I felt wrongly and falsely accused when I was the victim. I will be escalating this to corporate headquarters and so forth and request camera footage to prove I purchased it like that.

Everyone of the Walmart associates that have kindly gotten my online pick up order have been friendly and professional and I really like this Walmart. Pharmacy is great, associates by the doors are always smiling and nice. Easy to do Walmart returns. There are great ppl who work here like Michael who will help you gladly to your car for large items.
