The fact that the pharmacy still closes early and don’t open on the weekends is just at this point inexcusable. There is no reason they can’t hire more people so that the pharmacy stays open like they used to.

If you don’t like being a pharmacy tech….a job where you deal with the general public…and you are suppose to be nice and compassionate….get a new job!!! Almost everyone person that works at this pharmacy is TERRIBLE and has no people skills!!!

The Doctor sent the Px to the pharmacy twice. Pharmacy told me could not find it. I showed them the Fax report to the pharmacy. Still denied that they received it. After looking some more the pharmacy found my Px. Now need to come back to get it at 5:30. Should go back to paper Px. Walgreen's mights be able to handle paper ones.

If I could give the pharmacy zero stars I would!!! I specifically call these people to have my meds switched to their store when I spoke to whoever it was she failed to tell me over the phone Medicare was down and they couldn’t bill it. So i had to drive all the way over there just for them to have my medication ready and I couldn’t get it. They need to get their lives together because no one has time to be driving all over the world for their medication. Plus having to wait another hour for them to fill it somewhere else.

My husband and I visit this location on 03/27/24 we went thru the drive thru to check if they could fill my husband prescription the lady that was working the drive thru pharmacy said that since the cyber attack they had back around Covid that they could no longer accept Medicaid , Or AmBetter Insurance so I ask her how much would it be to pay out of pocket she gasped and said “I wouldn’t say “ she wouldn’t give us the price so we could pay out of pocket she also said that in order to pay out of pocket we would need a discount card which my husband told her we had but she still refused to give us that option to pay out of pocket and I just want to know why !!NO I NEED TO KNOW WHY!!! I have so many reasons running through my mind why she wouldn’t give us that option but I’m not going to speculate I wait to hear back from someone before I take it to next level!!!! My husband needed his medicine and we had already been to about four different pharmacies but they didn’t have the medicine he needed in stock!!!!

I never write reviews. The pharmacy staff have consistently been so rude to me when navigating med situations that I have actually avoided getting my meds out of not wanting to interact with them. At least four times I have been treated rudely by the same employee and then other staff occasionally as well. I am well-versed in healthcare and insurance and don’t need to be patronized, dismissed, and treated like I’m in the wrong for asking basic questions. I have worked in retail, and I know that the system is being very hard on pharmacy staff right now and I think they should go on strike, but not against me. The end.

Usually when I go to the pharmacy at this location, the clerk/technician helping the customers at the counter is very rude. However, when I called to check on a prescription recently, I was pleasantly surprised to receive good customer service and just wanted to take the time to point out that Holly, who took my call, is doing a great job.

Refilling prescriptions with the automated phone service works very poorly but the in-store pharmacists are extremely fast and helpful. A lot of the negative reviews towards the pharmacy are probably directly related to frustrations from trying to deal with things in any way but in-person.

I tried to be professional and contact corporate about they workers and i feel i have been Discriminated against they have been taking days on end just to fill my prescription, i get disrespectful unprofessional Attitude when I go in there like they told them that I reported them. Now, I'm pregnant and it's taking them forever. I don't appreciate it, I'm tired of being looked down upon base off my race. Cause you don't want me to report they nasty attitudes. That's whats people do. Also, i was told by the corporate office that someone would get back in touch nothing . Im smart tho i record all coversations so lie.

This was a HORRIBLE experience.I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a Pharmacist or Pharm Tech.I was simply picking up a diaper cream for my baby, and the staff not only talked about me to where I could hear, but also talked trash about my doctor too, after they spoke to him on the phone.Horrible customer service, won’t be back.
