This walgreens have no regard for patients they provide services for Even the manage ment in the pharmacy they dont care how sick you are they are not going the extra step for you
I was very disappointed with the pharmacy customer service
I will never choose this pharmacy again . They send your meds seperate and expect you to pay for each seperate delivery ...bad Customer service .

I agree with ALL of the comments of a negative nature...this pharmacy needs to be schooled on performance...customer service and better ATTITUDES!

They have you stand in line for 20 minutes and don't tell you until you get to the counter you have to make an appointment to get a flu shot.

This pharmacy has really gone downhill over the last few years. Drive thru takes forever. Inside the store takes forever and the express pickup is non existent.

Made an online appointment for vaccines. Confirmed by email and text, 3 days before scheduled appointment. Other than reminders, no additional communications from Walgreens. Drive 25 mins to appointment, wait in two different lines to check in (lack of signage for where to go, Consultation or Drop-off, to check-in for appointment). After ~15 mins in line, we were told they were out of one vaccine, but could get the other. So much for having an appointment. They could have at least sent a text or email, or hey, how about a phone call prior to our appointment? We will avoid Walgreens in the future. Wasted my time, 50 mins of fuel, wear, and tear of vehicle. What sad service.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but time was wasted here. I called to see what was available as far as the booster as I was requesting the Bivalent. No one was available at the designated area to check in. So after waiting until they opened it, I went to the pharmacy counter. She(burgundy curly hair lady with glasses)asked if I had an appointment, she asked what I was getting. She stated that she needed to ask what was available. But never did, she only proceeded with other work and then more customers came. I eventually stated "it's ok thanks anyways". She responded " ok", instead responding with sympathy or giving me some type of update as if it did not matter. I understand if things get busy but I'm sure you were trained how to manage when it is more than one customer. It was only two to be exact! Thanks!

Disorganized. Employees don't really know what's going. They have given out false information. Horrible customer service. Attitude of apathy infiltrates the entire store but specially the pharmacy.

I pulled up to the pharmacy's drive thru window and I was the only person in line at 9:38am. I didn't check out until 9:52am. My prescriptions were ready but the lady wasn't. She stood at the computer by the window the entire time and didn't even say as much as I'll be with you in a moment. She finally picked up the phone at 9:50 and asked what I needed. I'm so glad that was my last trip to this location.

Here's a shout out for Kia at Walgreen's on 3300 Ramsey St. I was feeling ill and had a hard time getting them the information they needed to hand over my pescription. She was very patient and helped me find the necessary info.

Those women in the pharmacy area are rude very rude and unprofessional, the one with the big eyes and dreads. Would not put my GoodRx through at the drive though. When I called and the Hispanic sounding lady wouldn't do my goodrx over the phone and said to do it at pick up. Well i went to the drive though told the one with the huge eyes and mask that I had good Rx yet she wanted me to come inside, while I was in lots of pain due to infection. If I felt well enough to come in I would've did that to begin with instead I waited on that long line to get to the window and end up paying full price due to the rude and foolish employees. Maybe the Hispanic lady could've just put it through on over the phone? I waited my turn in line so the next person would have to do the same until my order is complete,right? No sense of customer service or professionalism at all!!!!

Going inside to pick up a prescription is normally faster if there is a line to the corner of the building.

Was helped out by an excellent staff member at the pharmacy here. Did not catch her name. Blonde woman (sorry, all i could remember) working on Friday 3/24/23 around 12:30 PM. She went above and beyond. Pharmacy staff as a whole is always great.
