I have updated information about the incident that happened yesterday @9:35,the Pharmacists name that violated my HIPPA rights with disclosI h of my personal information around other customers being present is (Daniel Bauer) he works T the Walgreen's off Camden Rd, he is very unprofessional and very rude this man shouldn't be allowed to work around or with people in a public setting where he has access to their private information

well, I went to this location to get covid tested and the Pharmacists and his techs were very rude and very unprofessional, they had me waiting for about 3 minutes until they even acknowledged my presence. When the tech came to the window to help me, she was very rude and didn't have any professionalism by working in the pharmacy, she then turns to go ask the Pharmacists about my appointment, I heard him and his staff discussing my personal business in the open when other customers were present, they totally disrespected me as a client and violated my HIPPA rights. The Pharmacists keep repeating my full name loudly and discussing my business in front of people who were shopping and standing close by me as my business was being rudely disrespected and my rights being violated.The Pharmacists was a tall light skinned guy with a beard that works at the Camden and Hope Mills rd location. I will be taking this matter of my HIPPA rights being violated to an Attorney they knew better and did very poorly with protecting my privacy as a client of Walgreen's. The staff at this Walgreens needs to have more training on Customer service HIPPA. I don't recommend this Walgreen's to anyone.

Walgreens as a whole is literal trash. I though I would switch to a different location and issues wouldn't happen... WRONG. sat in line for 30 minutes to be told I needed to go back around and wait. Again because they screwed up and didn't bill my insurance right. I said I'll pay cash. Well we put the meds back. WHYYYY IM LITERALLY IN FRONT OF YALL. they need to close walgreens.

I feel very sorry for this staff. They look exhausted. I have to wait at least 45 mins in the drive thru every time. They need help, not rude customers treating them badly.

Wonderful & very friendly staff! They do their best to accommodate everyone even with covid shots & testing going on. Won't go anywhere else
