Always changing my prescription amount prescribed by my doctor. On pills but especially syringes. I never once had not had an issue. They act as If I cant just buy this stuff otc from a pharmaceutical wholesaler. It just helps insurance cover it. Tired of having ro fight for my medication. Not to mention being lied to, led on and just straight up disrespected.

The pharmacy has the rudest person answering the phones. That individual needs to be fired. If you don't like your job, then don't work there. Your management thought it was funny that she was rude. The staff could use training in phone etiquette and customer service skills. The rating and reviews are true statements based on the experience I have had with this store.

February 3, 2024Staff are very friendly and helpful.The lady that helped me today was very helpful and understanding. I did not get her name (I'll have to look at my receipt), but she made things right! I got cat litter that I thought was $11.99, but I got charged $13.99. She said it probably got put in the wrong place, but she gave me a refund for the amount I got charged on.Definitely recommend this Walgreens!

Horrible customer service at the drive thru . I was the first person there and she had a bad attitude. I always have a horrible experience here with my medications. If you want it call three days in advance because they take forever. They don’t communicate with each other well. So you might think your meds are ready and they aren’t. Phone support is bad as well I’ve waited 8hours on the phone just to be told the wrong information and the person otp was rude. I hate coming here.

The worst customer service! The pharmacist act like they are working against their will and hate their job. I'm going to find out the first and last name of the girl that was so rude to me because I called to see when my daughter could get her prescription because she is 1 year old with the flu. The lady was so nasty and rude for no reason. People are so disgusting and act like they owe you something. If you don't want to be a pharmacist working in the winter busy season then find a new job.Update: I get to the pharmacy and they tell me the dr only sent one prescription instead of 2. Then find out after my daughter's ear infection is at a horrible point and I call the pharmacy on Morganton Road after the weekend was over, that the doctor DID send both prescriptions!!! The store on Bunce just didn't fill the other one and lied to me by saying the dr only sent one prescription for the flu only. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

Best Walgreens I've been in. Pharmacy personnel professional, polite, and caring for the well-being of you after your vaccination, which was so easy to schedule on line. The store was very clean as well.

They "forget" to list apartment information (apt 1/A) on prescriptions, even though it's listed on your account.So if you get meds delivered, FYI, you're meds will be missing. Don't trust door dash of course. Who uses doordash for medicine delivery? That's beyond me. It always used to come via secure FedEx :/ Highly do not recommend this location anymore... transferred all my prescriptions out immediately 5 minutes ago after that phone call.

Worst.pharmacy.ever. No matter when you come there is a long line of people trying to get helped and are being turned away. They need more staff and better systems.

Literally sat on the phone for 2hrs waiting to confirm pharmacy med pickup since I didn't get a text...only hung up when I walked in the door. To my surprise not even busy for a 2hr hold time on the phone...I brought it up the pink haired lady shrugged it off...I absolutely hate this Walgreens but it is only option...can't conduct any business on the phone or the app to be accurate.

I used to love Walgreens but since the pandemic they suck really bad!! Prescriptions take days to get filled, there people are rude and it's like no one know what they are doing.
