I’ve been waiting for my prescriptions that I paid for with a credit card for 8 days! Told I didn’t pay. This Walgreens pharmacy sucks!!!!!!! Do not get your prescriptions here!!!!

Here's a shout out for Kia at Walgreen's on 3300 Ramsey St. I was feeling ill and had a hard time getting them the information they needed to hand over my pescription. She was very patient and helped me find the necessary info.

Those women in the pharmacy area are rude very rude and unprofessional, the one with the big eyes and dreads. Would not put my GoodRx through at the drive though. When I called and the Hispanic sounding lady wouldn't do my goodrx over the phone and said to do it at pick up. Well i went to the drive though told the one with the huge eyes and mask that I had good Rx yet she wanted me to come inside, while I was in lots of pain due to infection. If I felt well enough to come in I would've did that to begin with instead I waited on that long line to get to the window and end up paying full price due to the rude and foolish employees. Maybe the Hispanic lady could've just put it through on over the phone? I waited my turn in line so the next person would have to do the same until my order is complete,right? No sense of customer service or professionalism at all!!!!

Had my prescription transferred from (Ramsey) Walmart to here. I'm so glad my insurance decided to not cover prescriptions from that Walmart anymore. Awful experience.This Walgreens is very attentive. When Walmart wouldn't do their job, this place always stepped up and did their's. Very pleased with my experience here.

It’s super ridiculous on how long the wait is in the drive thru here. Their staff needs to get it together and fast!! No way in a drive thru should you be waiting 30 plus minutes to get medication. They need to revamp the drive thru SERIOUSLY!!!

This store giving me too many problems at check out. Register crashes and double charges my card and I had to wait for a week to get money back a few months ago so I stopped shopping here as much. And today got charged twice for something that I bought and they refunded my money to a Walgreen's Card. I didn't make that mistake and if I had not waited for the stupid digital receipt I would not have known. I didn't choose to get a digital receipt!

Giving a big no because I went to pick up important medication and found out they had closed last minute for the entire rest of the day. Now I don't have my medication. They should have at least given people with prescriptions to pick up a heads up. Not cool. I can understand if you need to shut down the store, but keeping people from necessary medication without giving them a warning is unacceptable.

I walk into the store and stand in line at the pharmacy. One person was in front of me, no biggie. After the person left with his prescription, I walk to the counter. The pharmacist, super rude, looks at me and says "hold on" and walks over to the drive thru window and starts helping another customer. Umm what? So I give my prescription to the lady and she says she can't fill it because it's out of state. Umm you filled my script 30 days ago but all of a sudden, you can't fill it because you have to call my doctor? Unbelievable. Don't go here unless you want terrible service

Not my first time getting poor service from the pharmacy. Nothing is ever ready on time, even when I get a text saying it's ready. I'll show up and it's "we don't have anything" The attitude constantly being received from the workers of this pharmacy is ridiculous. I get it. People have bad days, the public sucks, but no one is forcing you to show up to a job you obviously hate. Leave, because I am just as tired of dealing with you as you are of dealing with me. I could deal with everything always being slow if you'd maybe not be rude about me even being there. Like it's ME bothering you.
